The media could not be loaded. We purchased this tree after visiting 5 local stores looking for a tree! Every tree we found in stores was either too bare, had way too fake looking tips, or didn’t have a lot of lights and were very pricey! Finally we decided to just pick one on Amazon and cross our fingers!!! We are pleasantly surprised! Super easy to assemble, great looking tips, lots of lights (love the twinkle mode), nice and plump! Super easy to put together, all the lights work and if you take the time (about 2 hours) to fluff all the branches you have a very full tree! It pops together in minutes with only 4 pieces total. Unfolding the individual little branches is time consuming and might require some time crawling about on the floor, but it isn’t difficult. (Not sure why the box says two person assembly) You can see straight through the tree to the wall on the other side, which I wasn’t expecting, but it still looks pretty. The “trunk” is covered in greenery. The tree has a nice size and shape and other family members seem to like it also. Lights look good and they included an extra outlet on the top in case you have a lighted tree topper like ours. I’m happy with it. I think if i actually put more ornaments on it, the holes wouldn’t show as much.

Fast shipping (got it within 4 days), but everything else about this tree was terrible. Honestly, I feel one star is generous here. As the attached pics show, this tree has huge gaps in the middle that no amount of limb fluffing can fix. It's lopsided, too (we checked to make sure the screws in the base were equidistant and the base was center balanced, but it's obvious that it's the tree itself that's been manufactured crooked). Its branches don't reach the ground either; there's at least a 1 foot clearance there. None of this is not what the seller's picture shows (it shows a straight tree with full coverage to the ground and a fullness throughout the tree). Also, individual stems simply fell off into our hands as we lightly moved the branches into position to fill it out (see pic). It's because the stems are taped onto the limbs with this cheap floral packing tape, instead of having been manufactured as part of the limb with sturdy metal attachments (as our old tree had). Once the stems came out of this tree, no amount of creative taping back together worked; they did not move into position or stay in position the same. Furthermore, there were entire stems that were nothing but wire -- no needles. See pic for that, too. And there were more than a dozen stems I counted that were only half painted (half of the needle is that same beige color, not green). They stick out like a sore thumb and don't look "natural" at all. As for installation issues, Section A's male slot is supposed to fit easily into Section B's female slot, but the tree we received had a male slot that had been manufactured too wide and didn't fit the female slot. It needs to be filed or cut down on the sides to actually fit into the female slot. Finally, the lighting wires are an assembly disaster. Some are tied so tightly around stems you can't move the stems into position, while others are so loose the wire is visible sagging down into the next level. Sloppy work and unsafe configuration. Overall, this tree's promise of being a quality piece for an affordable price was untrue. I realize marketing pics are always better than the real deal, but what we received was clearly a defective/substandard piece with very poor quality control in its manufacturing. Disappointing!

The tree is beautiful but this year which is only the second year I am putting it up the lights do not work on over half the tree! We have changed the fuses & checked the lights! So disappointing especially since my last tree I had about 12 years.

What a great tree. It’s the perfect size and fluffs out very easily. Very easy assembly. The color looks great and there are plenty of lights to make it bright. There are very few needles that came off during the install. I highly recommend this tree. My ceiling comes down on an angle in the corner from 19’ to 14’ and I think it’s the correct size.
