This is a cute couch for my office. The color is lovely (gold), the velvet is soft, it folds down into a bed easily, and it was easy to assemble. I was able to shove the two boxes up the stairs and unbox and assemble it, and I'm a woman in my 50s (I work out). The cushions are not soft, however. It's what I expected based on other reviews. It's too bad they don't have more padding but it's an excellent little futon and well designed for the price. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised. It was very easy to put together. I loved the material. It does sit a little lower compared to a standard couch. But I don’t mind that at all. It does open up by putting the back down which makes more room to sleep and my brother who is over 6 foot tall can sleep on it. I like that you can take the sides off if it is a little too short for the person sleeping on it. One drawback is that it is hard, but if somebody is sleeping on it, just put a nice thick quilt down and it makes it comfortable. ... show more

I was so excited for this couch. It was the right size, looked cozy and seemed decent for the price. It was easy to put together too! The first time I put my arm up in the armrest, the screws stripped and the arm split from the couch. You get what you pay for is true in this case, I suppose.

The sofa was easy to assemble and looks beautiful — the color is really nice, and all my guests compliment it! It’s also very comfortable to sit on. The only issue is that the arm doesn’t secure properly into the wood and the screws came out easily.
