I don't usually write reviews, but this is a great product, and some reviews are really unfair. People that are not happy with this tree usually comment on 1. Tree is not nearly as full as the picture shown 2. Tree doesn't look like a real one and 3. Broken piece or not sturdy enough. Unfortunately if the tree comes broken, it's bad luck, so a bad review is understandable. Although, from what other customers have said, customer service has been very helpful. As for the other two reasons, looking at all the reviews with photos, the tree doesn't look full because the customers did not fluff it properly. Artificial trees need a lot of work to fluff them out and this is a process that takes time (30min - 1 hour, then look at the tree and fix the areas that doesn't look as full). After fluffing the tree (orientating properly the main big brunches and smaller brunches) the tree looks great. Try to fluff it out by opening the smaller brunches in a star directed way - toward different direction: up, down, right, left, diagonally. Furthermore, this tree is artificial. Of course, an artificial tree rarely looks like a real tree, so if you want to go for a realistic result, simply get a real tree. Personally I am very happy with this purchase. Affordable, and excellent case of a pre-lit and with some berries and cones tree, that give a nice touch to the final decorated result. You still need ornaments to make any tree to look like it's decorated, since when you fluff it out, some of the berries and cones are not as visible. A tip for few areas that don't look as full (this might happen in 2-3 areas) is use a bigger ornament to camouflage it (e.g. a flower, or a bow, or a bigger ball ornament). I hope this review helps people that have this tree without any structural damage. Of course when you buy something online you accept the small risk of a defective product - but this is why customer service exists. Beautiful tree, easy to assemble only took me an hour to put it together and fluff it out plus each section is labeled to make it easy (A,B,C). I was debating if I would buy it because some reviews said it looks skimpy but if you spend the time to separate the branches and fluff it out it ends up looking really full and gorgeous I love my tree I'm glad I bought it. Also happy it's already pre-lit and sorta decorated, I'll probably throw some ornaments on it but the pinecones and berries make it so nice already. ... show more

if theres any gaps you didnt do it right DO NOT blame amazon blame yourself LIIKE look at the reviews man thats what made me buy this tree i sat there for atleast 3 hours floofing it perfectly buut if your one impatient person may i suggest just getting a real tree?? its way more beautiful in person than it is on here though i wasnt able to wait till December so im making ghost decorations for halloween ... show more

I was looking for a small tree that wouldn't take up too much room (my children are grown, but with Covid decided I needed some Christmas!), and looked at 4 ft trees but they were just too small. Then I happened upon this tree, which is the perfect size, it already has lights, and pine cones and little berries. They are actually cute and add personality to the tree. Assembly was easy enough, open the base, attach the poles (labeled A, B & C), screw bottom pole into the base. Yes, the tree looks quite bare, but you really have to invest a good 45-60 minutes, separate all the branches and open it up all around. The tree is full enough after you do the work and decorate it. I'm happy to have this now each year and not have to worry about purchasing and cleaning up after a real tree. ... show more

Some of the lights would not work on the bottom on the side that will be near the wall. I contacted Amazon about returning it, received my refund, and was told to keep the tree. So now I have a gorgeous tree that has most of its lights working, and we will have a merry Christmas indeed! Definitely needs a lot of fluffing, but the quality is good for the price. ... show more
