I was so happy when I purchased this table, I was counting the days til it had arrived. Little did I know I’d be counting the days til I got some answers. After the product arrived I immediately wanted to start assembling my new table. When starting to put it together, I noticed that there was some sort of substance all over different parts of the table. At first I was confused on how there was anything on the pieces like this since they were all packaged individually in plastic. I started pulling out the other unpackaged parts and saw through the clear plastic protected the parts was covered in whatever the hell this stuff is. Immediately I contacted Amazon and they weren’t much help since this is from a 3rd party seller. A couple days later the company “Best Choice Products” and a guy named Marco emailed me. He asked me a series of questions(which I answered) and I’m still waiting for a reply to resolve this issue. REGARDLESS idk what this stuff is, all I know is this is not the product that was advertised when I purchased it.

I like that it’s supported underneath the table with metal bars reaching across to the other end of the table. Very simple and convenient. Easy to build. Comes with all tools needed to piece it together. I just didn’t like that it came exactly with needed amount of screws just in case some came in defected.

Table arrived damaged. Luckily it was only the bottom of one of the benches. So not that big of a deal you can't see it anyways. I'm assuming it was FedEx's responsibility for the way it arrived. The screws were also open and we were missing four of the D screws. On another note we got the table up. Probably took about 30 minutes. (Minus having to go to the hardware store for the missing screws) but other wise super easy. I think this product would be great for an apartment. We bought it as a cheap replacement for our breakfast nook. I'm leaving 3 stars simply for the screws being missing.

Pros: We have a small space for a dining table and this fits perfectly. I love that the benches slide completely under the table and don’t stick out at all. Once it’s assembled, it seems pretty sturdy. The table top is not actual wood, which I love because it makes for easy cleaning. Cons: It’s super wonky when you’re assembling it. The pieces don’t sit flush and only one side of all the cross bars lined up. If the top of the bar lined up fine, the bottom didn’t - that was for all 6 of them. I had to hold it at a weird angle and force the screw in before letting go. One of the bars has some paint imperfections. Thankfully it was on one of the interchangeable pieces so I was able to flip it and put that part on the inside. They give you plastic caps that go over the screws, however, they don’t match nor do they want to stay on. I put on 5 and gave up. One leg on one of the benches is a little short. Thankfully adding the little pads on the bottom helped make up the difference. Overall, I’d give this table a 3/5. Once it’s assembled, it’s sturdy, so hopefully it holds up over time. My biggest complaint is the welding of the metal pieces that caused holes not to line up.

I was skeptical at first because I'm no stranger to the catfish item that you think is gonna be amazing and then when you get it, you're disappointed. Not the case with this. Was super easy to assemble. They labeled everything and even included the tools to put it together. Also, the quality surprised me. It's solid and sturdy beyond my expectations. This was a great bargain because of the color I chose, since it was well under asking price of the black set. 80 dollars less actually. If you're thinking of getting this, do it!! You won't be disappointed! ❤️❤️❤️

I bought this thinking it was a different table. While it is sturdy, the plastic “wood” parts are not to my liking as their edges are sharp. My partner is a tall big guy and he feels the need to alter his sitting on the bench to where there is structural support. Otherwise it was nice, easy to assemble and good for 4 people.

This table looks great, and is relatively functional for a small space. You could fit 4 adults, but you'll definitely be rubbing elbows, especially if you are much larger than average. It does feel a bit hollow, but that's fine with me. It's super light so easy to move. Biggest issue is the packaging and hardware. There is so much foam, plastic bagging, and tape! It's the literal opposite of frustration free packing. The hardware was borderline unusable. I had 2 nuts that had no threading, and the inserts for the Allen wrench on a few of the screws was completely round. The worst part is that they give you zero extras. Would I buy this again? With better hardware and easier to remove packaging, yes. With the existing hardware and packaging, no.

I seldom write reviews. And I don't like DIY furniture (but I've bought quite a bit of it because of the price). This table/bench set up because the company went out of their way to make assembly super easy and straight forward. Every piece was clearly labeled with a little white sticker. And every screw was labeled in one pouch with separate pockets. It was actually fun (and quick) to put this thing together. Big thanks to the folks at BIG CHOICE for caring about the customer experience after the sale. Very happy customer! Highly recommended!
