For starters, this is an excellent guitar. It is good quality and the sounds are excellent. I would rate it as an outstanding value for both the guitar itself and the accessories. Even more important to me, this seller has the best, most responsive and ethical customer service I have ever experienced. The accessories somehow didn’t make it into the box. When I contacted the seller, they asked me a few basic questions and immediately arranged for a replacement. I perfer electric guitars so I didnt want to spend alot of money on an acoustic in case I didnt like it. I read alot of reviews and most were positive so I gave it a shot. The guitar plays and looks great. I cant imagine how you can make this product for such a small amount of money. It sounds really good too. Im looking forward to play with friends with more expensive guitars to see how it really is. I did replace the strings even though the ones that came with it were not terrible. I do wish they gave it a name on the headstock and of course not BCP. Im not sure if it says it in the description but it does have a truss rod. The action is a little high out of the box so the truss rod comes in handy. Thanks BCP for a great product.

Decent guitar for beginners, I bought for my daughter because she wanted a pink guitar... Quality is as good as any in this price range. I did have to set it up, and I shaved about 1.5mm off the saddle height. My major complaint is the fretboard - it feels like unfinished wood and not really smooth. My daughter won't be doing bends and pull-offs any time soon so it will work for her, but if you're a player looking for a cheap beater, then there's plenty of good used ones at this price point (just not in pink for me...!).

I LOVE my new guitar. The sound is clear and crisp and it's nice to hold. I've noticed a slight wear on one spot where my arm rests, so I don't know how it will stand the test of time. Still, it's a fantastic starter guitar. I'm super happy with it.

I am trying to play the guitar and this one is working great. Easy to tune, not overly big and sounds great for the money. If you don't want to spend a lot on a starter instrument this is the one. Update on my initial review So far after 3 weeks the guitar still sounds great and holds a tune. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Starter guitar for a new player. Has everything you need for a beginner. Would be hard to tell the difference between this guitar and a $500 guitar. Nice case, strap, picks, Capo, and a device to help you tune the guitar. Have NOTHING negative I can say. Come on...$70 bucks for the full package!! Terrific.

I purchased this guitar knowing there might be problems with the setup but I had no idea the frets would be as bad as what I received. It has already been mentioned in other reviews about the bad chemical smell emitting from the guitar and case...and it is bad. Harmful? Who knows. The frets on the guitar I received were so bad they would actually injure a person if they didn't check them first. The frets looked like they were sanded with a belt sander and it left tiny shards of sharp metal that would totally thrash your fingers. I had to file each and every fret. The action is set way too high. I took off at least a 1/4" off the saddle to bring the strings down to a playable level. The tuning gears are horrible. The gears miss and by this I mean you can turn the gear and nothing happens and then it will start to tighten the strings. They do not hold the guitar in tune for any length of time. After about 15 minutes of playing the guitar will need to be re-tuned. Fit and finish were actually quite good. There was no brand name on the head stock or inside the guitar body. No identifying marks whatsoever. I guess that could be a good thing. I would not recommend this guitar to anyone. It is too dangerous.
