I have purchased a couple of these Giantex racks, the 20 small drawer version with all small drawers and the slightly smaller one with 4 big drawers and 8 small ones and the review applies equally to both. I grade on a curve, and the curve is based on what else you can get for a similar price. For whatever reason plastic shelf rack units like this are always more expensive than it seems like they should be. I use these to organize miniatures and plastic bits for some of my tabletop games and my initial inclination was to look at B&M stores as the plastic these are made out of is often brittle and prone to breaking during shipment (long ago: I was a shipping and receiving clerk for Bed Bath & Beyond and we sent back dozens of these types of things each month due to this). After some looking around, I decided to take a chance on these, as anything available in my local stores cost twice as much for half as much storage. The units come disassembled, but assembly only requires you to use an allen wrench on the frame and to do some hand screwing to get the small drawer knobs attached. The shelves, if assembled properly (yes, tighten the rails down tightly and make sure the bits that the wheels are slotted into on the bottom are actually jammed as far in as they go) seem very structurally sound and I have had zero issues with tippiness or other related issues. Obvious caveats apply: heaviest stuff needs to be on the bottom, make sure you tighten alternating sides and then do the final super tight down at the end, etc, etc. In use you do want to keep the total weight that each shelf is holding in mind, as they are just plastic shelves resting on metal runners and too much weight would undoubtedly make them bow and eventually break, but as long as you aren't storing metal washers or other super heavy items in quantity they should hold up. Overall, I think these kinds of things are inherently priced higher than it seems like they should be, but if the shelf size fits what you want to store it is hard to argue with the value here. I love mine and expect to buy additional units as my storage needs increase in the future. Last note: Of the two units I have, one had one small shelf that had corner damage due to shipping, but it wasn't significant enough for me to send it back or ask for a replacement, as it still works fine. As I alluded to above, I expect that to some degree with these units as it is just the nature of the plastic they use. If that is something that would bother you, that is the one case where I would highly suggest finding something at a B&M store and opening it in store to ask for replacements then as this is the unfortunate nature of these types of units. ... show more

What I didn't like was the drawers were to small to hold my 12x12 Cricut vinyl cutting sheets, This is what I bought it for and as I put them in the drawers are not wide enough for them to lay flat, I do like that my Cricut Machine fits great on the top and this unit holds all of my other Cricut supplies but very disappointed that it did not properly hold my Cricut 12x 12 cutting sheets. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. While I like this cart's simplicity, colors, and construction thus far, I do want to point out a few things that may influence your buying decision. 1st, the plastic drawers and the plastic knobs that screw into them are full of unsightly imperfections. Tiny plastic edges that should have been shaved off in manufacturing stick out everywhere. One of my drawers has the look of permanent water spots (pictured), and most of the knobs, where they screw up against the drawers, have jagged silver edges sticking out. Thankfully, most of those edges are not very sharp, and I was able to bend them over with my thumbnail fairly easily. You'll need a rubber mallet or hammer for the first step of installation. The assembly instructions are not well-written at all (pictured), but are still easy to figure out, and I've included photos of my step-by-step process. I was able to tighten all the knobs onto the drawers with my fingers, so if you don't have a Phillips head screwdriver handy, no big deal. The video is partly to let you judge how well you'll like the cart based on the noise it makes as it's pushed across a hard laminate floor. Remember to release the caster locks before moving the cart after installation. Overall, this cart seems decent and functional for the price. If my viewpoint changes once I've filled it with craft and Maker supplies, I'll update. ... show more

I ordered this for my classroom. It will be perfect for what I need it for, but when it arrived, there was one broken drawer. A green one. How do I get it replaced? Maybe someone on here can tell me. But, I like the colors and size.

I purchased this rolling cart to store beads and supplies for my bracelet making hobby. I debated whether to get the 20 drawer cart with all shallow drawers or the 15 drawer combo cart. Shallow drawers won out. I think this cart will fill the bill. I put my beads in Surefresh rectangular mini-containers that I get from the Dollar Store. I then put the containers in the cart sorted by color. This way I can take out only what I need for a project or rearrange containers as needed. I felt that this was a more flexible system than utilizing divided bead storage trays. I would have given the product 5 stars but 2 of the drawers have hairline cracks on one corner, and I discovered that some of the drawers won't open unless I lift them up and pull out--at least when they are empty. The few that I've filled so far don't seem to have that problem. Initially, all the drawers worked fine when I tested them while building the cart. The problem seems to have manifested when I tighten up the screws on the cart for stability. The cart was a cinch to put together and took me less than an hour. The nobs on the drawers are plastic which at first glance seem cheap, but at least they don't add to the weight of the cart. I'll update my review if I find any further issues. ... show more
