Wow!! Amazing canopy’s!! I just went back on my purchase history to see the date I purchased them and it turns out I bought them in 2017! That’s 8 wonderful years of heavy use! I just had to replace a few screws that we have lost throughout time and tightened all the other ones, which I consider regular maintenance after so many years of putting them up and down and away. The only thing I’m looking ti replace after 8 years are the storage bags because they have significant wear and tear thru out the years. But hands down these are amazing Ex-ups!!

These tents are my go to for shade and privacy when I’m outside. Considering my backyard is connected with others. I would just advise to buy privacy net as well

Our deck gets blazing hot and we were unable to enjoy it. We have some of that patio couch furniture but it was getting little use. We put this up and now enjoy being on the deck again. There were no instructions with it but it's pretty self explanatory. It definitely takes two people to put up. You pull it out by pulling from opposite corners. If hubby hadn't come out to help I was going to screw one corner down. That probably would have worked. We had a heck of a time raising it. I'm not strong with my hands above my head due to some previous injuries or it might not have been so tough. Hubby finished raising it when I took a break from the pain but he's wicked strong. For the price I don't have a thing to complain about. It makes the deck pleasant again. It looks good and it's downright cozy sitting under it. We didn't even have to raise it to it's highest level. We're very happy with it.

If cover would have been fabric it would get a 5 star but description is misleading. The Top cover is like thin portable tent nylon.. not fabric as in cloth .... so maybe some is my fault in thinking all fabric in these type canopy is actually cloth fabric.. BUT All parts there.. i set it up strait out of box..unzipped carry bag and let feet stand on ground and took bag off top.. started opening easy..moved around one leg a little at a time until stretched out to size.. next Legs went up a bit to get under to secure top with snap connections (little push ball in hole thing and pull to next hole-whatever they call them) Then stood each leg up one at a time untill fully up.. takes all under 20 min with just one person taking my time forcing nothing and reading directions.. if it didnt move easy i looked at directions and for those little secure and release snaps.. pitch too hard and fast and not notice connectors right and i see where people can bend and destroy the metal or plastic. This does require tie down for any breeze 10 mph or better.. since its what i call airplane wing nylon it will take flight if not weighted and tied down.. note.. REMEMBER TO unsnap the top four corners on roof part when taking it down.. once you do..it will start to accordian fold back up with the slightest movement. Fold completely back down to carry bag size and cover the top with the bag and then lay it down to fit footing back into bag and zip and store.. It did create SHADE ! I imagine it could be sprayed w tent water repellant to assist for rainy situations.. i didnt take that chance since they called for thunderstorm..i took it down to be safe.. i have owned a couple nylon tents and they do hold up well IF you take care of them.. so far i am ok with this cheap version of a canopy even though i thought it was real cloth.. i will try to attach a pic or two..we will see.. oh quick note this canopy is not fully tall in pics as it could still be raised 6 more inches..i didnt because im not that tall...lol i will let you know if there are any real issues but so far seems ok for the money.. i dont expect this to hold up long but one never knows.. A fair deal for what it is.. bitz approved of shade and bob supervised... thanks

I received this canopy in a box, and as I set it up, I saw 2 bars were broken and were unusable. I continued setting it up, but that side drooped, I tried taping the bars together to help steady the unit, but it did no good. So I thought "OK", I will have to accept it will droop on that side. We had rain after the day of setting up, which happens a lot here. The pictures attached will show just how strong this canopy was. After the rain, it was destroyed. I have bought these countless times, and know how to set them up. This one just failed on every level. I will go back to buying my Ozark Canopies, they are the same price or cheaper and provide a good sturdy canopy. After talking with customer service, they want me to send the old one back, and send me a new one. Has anyone ever tried to put a broken canopy back in a box for shipping? Its like trying to stuff a german shepherd into an extra small harness. It isn't going to work. They won't give me a refund. It is low quality,, steer clear if you want something that actually holds up!! Not impressed.

I bought the teal color for an event. The other vendors told us how to open it and put the fabric on. It was so easy! Pull the metal out of the bag placing it where you want it to start, pull it out almost halfway and put the tent on by laying out the fabric and insert the hook into the bottom hole in the rail all around, then one leg at a time pull the legs up until it clicks and expand the rest of the way. Then secure the sides of the top with the velcro. It was nice and smooth! The first day of the event it was cold and rainy, there were no leaks, however the wind blew some rain under the tent so you'll want to buy clear tarps with grommets and secure that to at least 3 sides unless you have one that has a door opening in which case you'll want all 4 sides. We also bought the optional weighs for the legs which we used. All in all, this was very sturdy, the roof was smooth, it did not blow away, and I would buy it again! This event was at the Wyndridge Farms Winery Spring Fest 2024 in Dallastown, PA. A++++++
