The instructions were pretty straightforward and I took my time to complete the task, which took me about an hour or so. I was very satisfied with the sturdiness and the great value of the sturdiness and noise-free frame. It makes my king-size bed feel a lot taller, which I appreciate, as now I can store some bigger things under the bed. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a good-quality bed frame. However, the only drawback could be the tallness, which might not be suitable for older people or people with mobility issues who have trouble getting up and off high beds.

I took off 1 star because I ordered 2 of these - a king size and a twin size. I was able to put the king together fairly quickly and all the pieces were provided and lined up perfectly. Great quality for a great price. But the twin one was another thing...the bars did not line up and I had to put it together without some of the pieces and it's slightly crooked. I did not try to contact customer service because they would have needed to send a whole new one and that would have been a pain. I was able to make it work with what we had and we only need it for about 1.5 years.

The media could not be loaded. Loved this! Took maybe 30 minutes to put together! The frame is very strong and it doesn’t slide around on my hardwood floor. It came with all the tools you need to put it together, if you have your own tools it might be easier since everything is so new it was kind of difficult to screw in the bolts with the tools they gave us. Don’t get me wrong they’ll work but it will just take a lot longer in my opinion than it would if u used your own tools! I love how tall the bed is, I got the 18” and it’s perfect! So much room for storage under the bed!! Very very good quality for the price! The box it came in is VERY heavy btw!!

Shipped quickly. Unfortunately the neighbors received it and opened it thinking it was their tripod they ordered. Not sure how it came packaged but I got all my pieces for it and nothing was damaged. Put it together quickly. Easy instructions/assembly. Sturdy frame. Worth the buy for the price. My 12 year old is happy with it so I'm happy with it. :)
