The media could not be loaded. We actually bought two of these blankets to cover the ottomans on our sofa so the dog and cat can lay on them. I've washed them several times there's no peeling or fuzzing or destruction of any of the seams. They're very soft and very nice. High quality blanket for such a low price. I would definitely buy more in different colors for the holiday seasons they're warm and soft. They are a medium to large size blanket definitely good enough coverage for one person. But since we bought them for the pets they love them!

I recently had a bad fall and broke 6 ribs, which necessitates sleeping in my recliner rather than a bed. I bought this blanket to keep warm in the chair all night and it is truly the best, nicest, softest, most comfortable blanket I have ever owned (in my 78 years on Planet Earth)!! I love it SO much I bought 3 more; 1 for each member of my family, and they all likewise discarded their old blankets (for watching TV, lounging, etc.) and use this new blanket exclusively. We live in a cold climate, so a blanket always feels nice when resting, napping, playing computer games or just watching TV. It is lightweight, super soft on my skin, and just the right size. One tip: Depending on if you're buying for a man, woman, or child, check your sizes! I bought the same size as mine for my son but it was not long enough to go all the way to his toes, so I ordered the larger size for him, and as Goldilocks one said, "It's just right!" Super highly recommended !

I BOUGHT THESE 4 OTHER TIMES. 1 WHITE ( NO SHEDDING ). 2 RED ( NO SHEDDING). THIS LAST RED ONE SHEDS LIKE CRAZY. I WAKE UP COVERED IN RED FUZZIES ALL OVER MY STUFF. IT’S SUPER SOFT WHICH IS NICE BUT, THE SHEDDING IS CRAZY. I WASHED IT 2X AND STILL SHEDS ALL OVER. THIS HAS TO BE A NEW MATERIAL. BECAUSE THE OTHER BLANKETS ARE GORGEOUS AND WASH REALLY WELL. IN THIS PHOTO THE ONE ON THE BED IS A LARGER SIZE AND DOES NOT SHEDD. BUT, THE ONE ON TOP OF THE BED SHEDS LIKE CRAZY. THEY NEED TO STICK TO THE OLD MATERIAL. IT WASHED BEAUTIFULLY AND WAS SUPER SOFT AND NO FUZZIES. UPDATE: I CHANGED MY RATING FROM 3 STARS TO 5. THEY SAW MY REVIEW AND OFFERED ME A NEW BLANKET. I bought this for myself to use after a knee fracture. I place in between my legs when I sleep. It's beautiful but it's also perfect. Not too bulky, and great to fit into a suitcase and not taking up too much room. Plus, very plush and easy to wash and dry. Very pleased. It would also make a beautiful gift for a newborn.

I have had these blankets in Burgundy and in Pink for a least 2 years and have ordered more. I lie in bed a lot due to health problems and I usually lie with one blanket under me and one over me year round and they are warm without being heavy. They are still so soft, light and lustrous. I allow the blankets to soak for a while and then wash them on gentle cycle and hang inside to dry. I love that the king size blanket covers my California King with enough to drape about a foot over the sides all around. I think friction, hot water and dryers are the enemies of fabric. A too aggressive agitator, friction of unlike fabrics rubbing up against each other and the over drying of a hot dryer are he enemies of soft, fluffy fabrics and many other fabrics. Pilling is often caused in when a natural fiber rubs against a synthetic fiber in a fabric blend. The stronger thread rubs against the weaker thread which breaks the weaker thread which rolls into a small ball or pill. I normally buy the King size for all uses from bedding, of covering a couch or for cuddling in as a throw. i have loved microfiber for years but these have held there original characteristics better than any other blankets I have used.
