This last purchase of the Berkshire heating throw is my our 4th in the past year. No, not because there's anything wrong but instead because I had to keep getting one for myself after my kids and dad took mine. We're in the PNW where it's cooler most of the year. Having the warm 4 levels of heat on our laps while reading or TV watching is simply luscious luxury...🤗ah a warm and fuzzy blanket. Even our guests who come to visit use it. Pros: 🔸The throw heats up quickly in about a minute if not less. 🔸The "fuzzy" side is soft and caressing while the other side is smooth and velvety. 🔸Comes in complimentary colors to one's color decor. 🔸Has a rather long cable for reaching outlets at a distance. 🔸Have had one at least more than one year still working fine. 🔸Folds into compact size for storage in a bin or basket. 🔸Can be used as a throw without heat and yet remains warm. 🔸The best part is that the "switch" is actually a button 🔘 you press to increase or shut off the heat. Further it lights up at the pressing of each level. 🔸 Another feature is that the button is built in into one corner of the throw rather than being part of the cord. Rather an ingenious design. How I clean it: no I don't wash it rather I spray both sides with Febrees and set in the dryer on low for about 20 minutes. I think if it got soiled I'd probably just wipe with a wet cloth. Cons: 🔸You may need to buy 2 if you have a family who will take yours. The first time I got this was through Costco online but it's nolonger available, this I am glad Amazon has it.

Very warm blanket. I bought this several years ago & just bought another one for the family room. Although it plugs into the wall the temp control is at the top of the blanket with 4 temps. Gets HOT fast & easy to use. Trying to reduce my upcoming WINTER electric bill.

Love having the button control at top edge of blanket. Super soft! Great heat control with the button at top of blanket. Have to be careful if have pets and blanket on couch that they don't step on button and turn on blanket when not in use! I just hang top of blanket over edge of couch when not in use.

5 stars. I love this blanket. It’s so soft, warm and comfortable. 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend!!! My response when first purchased and this was my second blanket as I passed my other one on to my daughter. All of a sudden it stoped working. It will not turn on. It is receiving power but the button stopped functioning. I only had this blanket 4 months. Because it is a purchase through a third party Amazon can’t help me reach the seller! I find it odd that they are selling products through a third party with no way to contact the seller. Things happen and products malfunction. I just want to confirm if the one year warranty could be used for the malfunction of the blanket. All I need is the phone number as I don’t have the box of the blanket or booklet.
