I've had this pen for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it. The grip, gurth and weight is a nice change from the cheap plastic ones that come with the different kits. I also appreciate that it is double sided. I only wish that the tips were metal, but it's great other than that.

EDIT- after talking to the customer service they graciously are sending me a replacement pen!! I’m absolutely grateful and the customer service is hands down top notch. So I can definitely tell you out of all the pens I have this one is by far superior. I won’t have a reason to use other products. Thank you so much First this is a great pen , the tip has one end for round & one for square. The way the tip is designed it has a fine edge so you can get in between the other dots that you place with ease, unlike some of the other metal tipped pens the edges around the tip are wide and cumbersome which makes them more trouble than anything. So this pen got the dimensions correct for proper placement and the weight is just right. The only BUT I had is the extra tips for placing multiple fits are made of plastic and after you use it a few dozen times they get worn out just like all other plastic tips. I wish they would make the multiple placer tips in metal for this pen but with the same exact thin standards otherwise the edge of the metal placer will be to wide to fit in between rows, which is the big issue with others But I do recommend this one

Very nice and bright colored pens! Offered the flexibility to attach different tips to each end of the pen to customize to exactly what I needed. In addition, Benote pens offered metal tips. I prefer metal to plastic tips and Benote customer service was amazing in assisting me to get exactly what I needed. I was able to replace the plastic tips with the Benote Metal Multiplacer Replacement Tips (ASIN: B09K7C6NWW). I wish all retailers provided the excellent customer service Benote provided! Go Benote you ROCK!!!

First I like the square tip for the square drills, but the screw tips for the multi placement tips are much bigger than any other pens I have. So if you want to have other pens set up like I have for the round you'll need to get several of these pens or you will have to keep changing the tips as you go.

They are made very well , perfect weight and not huge and fat like most pens . I have came to terms I will never buy another brand again.
