I purchased this back in January of this year to help with my diamond art. I like that you can choose the brightness level and the size allows to work on different size projects with some adjustment. However, after 2 or so months of use I noticed that the USB connection into the board was becoming loose, and at times, the light wouldn't turn on. I contacted ArtDot with the issue hoping to find a possible fix. In the end they sent me a new board which I am most grateful for. So giant thumbs up and 5 stars for their customer service. Loved how light it is and how nice it fits 30x40cm canvas, is useful for diamond painting, the cable is long, the only drawback is you either need a battery bank to make it portable or access to connect it to a usb port

Bought this light board at the suggestion of a YouTube video on diamond painting. It was a tremendous improvement, especially since I was working with a canvas that required mostly dark colored drills. The light board allowed me to backlight the canvas so I could see the markings much better. It's easy to use - plug it in, press the button to turn the device on, and you are ready to go. There are 3 different intensities which makes it easy to work on diamond paintings (or any other craft that requires backlighting) in any environment. I know there are 40K reviews for this lightpad, but its not perfect. The electronics seem to have a quality issue. Seems hit or miss whether you get a good one or a bad one judging by the reviews. I guess I got a bad one. The light keeps turning off by itself sometimes even though its fully plugged in at both ends firmly. Sometimes the light flickers. I’m returning it for a new one so hopefully i will have better luck next time. Its a nice lightpad for the price. I do wish the cable were longer though. ... show more
