Paddle arrived chipped and scratched, packed only in a thin cardboard envelope and a bag. Side note: these paddles are “cosmetic seconds” so the design doesn’t match up. This is quite noticeable from both sides of the paddle. Not a big deal if it were disclosed in the product description, which it is NOT. Returns are not free and no option for exchange.
