I've been an avid Cricut creator for almost ten years. The past few years I've been dreaming of ditching the heavy 10x10 Cricut heat press and not having to "apply gentle pressure" every time I make something. For about three years, I've been seriously reading the reviews for heat press machines and none of them sounded acceptable (to me). I never game up my "dream" of having a better heat press. I found this machine, read the reviews (there weren't thousands, but the ones I read were GOOD), I liked the idea of a "drawer" pull-out style vs. the swinging arm style, LOVED the options of using it manually (still only a pushing button, not physically lifting the press), or fully "automatic" it drops/raises by itself, based on the timer. It was a little pricier than other presses, but none of them had the same style/features, so I bought it. OMG I used it every day from the day it arrived (Nov 29th) until a few days before Christmas, when I finally finished all my craftiness/gifts. It's a wonderful heat press and exceeded my expectations! I did have about a 20-30 minute learning curve on "how-to" set the heat, timer, pressure, etc. (it comes with instructions, but they weren't quite "clear" enough for me). I found a video on YouTube that wasn't this exact machine, but the concept of how-to use the settings "worked". I'm making some t-shirts in the next couple of days, so it will be back in-action. Note: This machine is a bit heavy/sturdy and not something I can easily carry/move. I recently ordered a new "home" aka rolling cart, that will store this heat press, my Cricut and my sticky/cutting boards, it will arrive in about a week..

I took it out of box and made 23 shirts and 2 sweatshirts already! It's so easy! Utube rated it 7th out of the top 10 heat press machines. The only issue is the instruction booklet was not easy to understand and there was no phone number for support or way to register it for the 1 year warrenty it says it has.. but I plugged it in and used the auto button and it worked great. Will be good to see how the transfers stay on the shirts. Also I put the transfer backwards so it stuck on the heat cloth and there was no way to talk to anyone about other options.. overall it has already paid for itself in what I would have had to spend for graphic tshirts and swearshirts!

Absolutely atrocious! Instructions were written by someone who does not speak English. I thought you would be able to figure out things by the buttons, but you have to push the settings button six times and backwards to make it go to Fahrenheit which it never would, you have to push buttons with other buttons according to the non-descriptive hieroglyphs that they call instructions and none of them ever works properly. Honestly, I think you have to have secret magic codes like back in the day when we played Mortal Kombat to make this thing work !!!!!! If you go on the Internet, you can’t find anything but one advertising video which does not tell you how to use the machine nothing is self-explanatory about this. I’ve been crafting for 40 years and this is a piece of junk. !!!!!!!

I received it today and have applied my first pattern to a shirt myself. I have never used one before, but this was very easy to set up and use in no time at all. I just used the "Auto" mode and it turned out great! I'm sure my friends will get use out of it too with their children's extracurricular activities. Highly recommend!
