Didn’t come with directions. Took me 30 minutes to figure it out. Step 1. Remove old toilet seat. Step 2. Install the plastic screws first. Step 3. Snap the hinges onto the screws. I didn’t know that because no directions so the way I did it was.. struggle to get the little caps off. Try putting in the screw like my old toilet. Then noticed the little caps that were hard to take off don’t fit. Then I realized you just deal with the screws, THEN pop the seat on. I don’t think you’d even need to take the little caps off. Love the color. Good quality. Just no instructions. ... show more
