Connections leave a little to be desired, wires are good and heavy, worked well for my install, definitely liked the RCA cable. I used my own crimp on connectors though, the ones included are ok at best.

    • Just buy the power gear, skip the garbage RCAs

Used this is a 2008 Sprinter RV. The power cables/fuse were just fine but the RCAs included in this kit are garbage. I spent hours trying to resolve humming issues coming from the ground shields of the RCAs at the pre-outs on back of the aftermarket head unit (Pioneer) and watched hundreds of youtube videos and bought some other 'add-on' products to try to fix the hum. But, low and behold I swapped the RCA cables with some better quality RCAs I had from some old AV gear and the humming noise was gone immediately, simple as that. All I needed was a decent quality set of RCA cables with decent ground shields (the outside jacket of the RCA plug, inside pin is the positive, the jacket is the negative/ground). Glad I got it solved but really annoyed that this product didn't work well and had to be taken all apart and cable re-routed and re-run, etc. Ugh. I hate having to do things twice, when you pay a good price for what should be a quality product only to spend two or three times the effort to get the job done, that is called 'fail'. ... show more

This is a nice installation kit mostly because of the RCAs. The RCA cables made the install neat and tight. I thought the 4 ga. wired was a little small but the strands of wire looked good. It is working sufficiently but compared to some of my other 4 ga. wire it was just smaller. I would recommend to other because it is a good product. ... show more
