Ooh its plush, lovely, and warm. Fue is so soft n cuddly. Flattering cut. Heavy duty plastic zipper that doesnt stick or snag. I love the big hood with floofy fur trim! I bought an XL because they were in stock, after waiting a month for a large (it never came so i cancelled). Its a bit big but it's HERE, and who doesnt need a roomy coat during the holidays?

LOVE! This coat is so soft, so warm and so perfect. If I could change one thing though, it would be to make the hood detachable! Other than that I love everything about it. AND it's reversible! Great value, appears to be very well made. VERY warm, soft and cozy! The length of the coat and the sleeves is perfect. The coat is very lightweight, but still very warm. I have purchased 3 of these jackets over the years and while I highly recommend the product line, I have some helpful tips, so if you read any review about buying a jacket from this company, read this one. The good: If you happen to get the right size in these jackets on the first purchase, it will be the best jacket you will ever own. There are pockets on the outside and pockets on the inside. The fuzzy collar can be removed and even interchanged with the same jacket, but in different colors. (I put a pink collar from my pink jacket onto my white jacket). That’s another thing; there is a wide selection of colors, and they are all beautiful. The quality is good for the price point and the fake fur is luxurious. It’s not too heavy but let me say it’s super warm when you put the fuzzy side inside. Because another great thing about this jacket is that it’s reversible! There is a fuzzy side (with pockets) and a smooth side (with pockets). There is color tipping on the ends of the fur collar on many of the colors, giving it an hombre appeal. The cuffs have a bit of elastic. Not too tight around the wrist. Just enough to keep the sleeves from drooping. The Bad: The biggest complaint I have about these jackets is that the sizes in different colors are not consistent. Meaning, if you buy an XL in the white, you may get the exact same jacket in XL, In the pink, but it fits like a M. You may be returning 2-3 times on each color before you get it right. So it’s hit or miss on all of the colors. Also, keep in mind that the sleeves on all the sizes are basically the same length. So only return if the body doesn’t fit. When you do finally get the right size, (it could take several try’s), I’m telling you that you won’t need any other jacket. I have the pink, grey and white and I will be back for the black, yellow and green. Im honestly obsessed with these jackets. I also have a few of their lighter jackets and they are just as nice.
