The good: affordable, fast shipping and acceptable size. The bad: poor QC. Chair arrived early and looks good. It fits exactly where we wanted it without being too small or taking up too much room. The chair had a couple fabric scuffs on the seat when it arrived but due to the color they arent overly obvious so moving on from that. The main issue was assembly. The bolts come in 3 different sizes and you are supposed to use the longest to attach the back to the seat, the midsize for the front legs and the smallest for the rear legs. Both the front and rear leg bolts have very small margin of error before they go all the way thru and rip the fabric. Fortunately I was paying attention while tightening and managed to avoid it but if you arent careful you will rip the fabric while installing the legs. The wort part of assembly was attaching the seat to the seat back as the threads on the seat back either did not line up properly from the factory or the bolts they give you are actually too long. The bolts refused to thread any further and still had about a half inch to go so the seatback would not tighten...any attempts to thread them further stripped the head on the bolt. Fortunately I had some old bolts that were just between the length of the longest and midsize bolts in the packaging and I was able to use them to secure the seatback. another option would be to use the ones included and stack enough washers on them to allow it to tighten. Point being you get what you pay for and this chair was half the price of similar chairs found at Target, At Home, etc. At this point the chair is assembled and looking good, I just hope that it holds up in both assembly and the fabric. I bought this chair mostly for my partner to sit on while putting on his shoes in the morning vs the edge of the bed creating a ruckus by waking me and the cats. It went together easily and seems well made. It's a little shorter than expected, but that's on me for not reading the description entirely. I would buy again for sure. ... show more

I bought two of these for my sitting area. It was packaged well and everything came in undamaged. The worst part about the chairs is the instructions or lack thereof. It took about 45 minutes to put two of them together with some help. They are sturdy and comfortable and they look nice. I expected them to be smaller that what they were or a different color, but they look exactly how they are in the picture. To save someone some time on assembly: I recommend putting the back of the chair on first. It comes with four long screws and two short screws. Two of the long screws are used to attach the back of the chair to the seat. The two remaining long screws are used to attach the front legs. The two short screws are used to attach the back legs. First I flipped the seat upside down and let it hang off of a chair that I already had. That way I could rest the seat on the back of the chair while I screwed it in. Other than that, the legs are self explanatory, besides the long screws going in the front and the short ones in the back. ... show more

Be very careful reading the non written instructions! Even after reading a customer’s review, I still put the legs on incorrectly. Didn’t notice that the legs have letters ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LEG! Also be careful lining up the screws when connecting the back of the chair to the seat of the chair. If not lined correctly, the back of chair will be rocky(loose). Look for metal inside the back of chair to place screws properly. I didn’t understand this myself when reading reviews, it’s something you’ll figure out once putting the chair together. And yes, you most likely will hurt your hands due to the tool given to tighten the screws. Other than assembling, I love the chairs. ... show more

This chair looks fantastic and was quite a bargain. It sits quite low to the ground. I'm 5'2", so that's not a problem for me, but a tall person might not be so comfortable in it. Assembly was pretty fast and easy; for once, the picture-only instructions were well-drawn and easy to follow. If I had to find one thing to complain about, it's that the fabric that attaches underneath the chair with velcro is cut just a little short, so it's currently barely attached. I'm going to fix it by cutting it down the middle and adding a narrow strip of fabric. The chair is lovely, and I highly recommend it. ... show more
