The item came with 4 fused screws that were impossible to find replacements for. No extra screws were provided. One long bar was damaged with it appearing to have been pinched at one end with a vice. Lastly the directions were incredibly hard to follow. There is no way to contact the company and Amazon only offered a partial refund or for us to box up the 100 lbs worth of metal and send it back 👎👎

The media could not be loaded. I love this desk. The bed is good but took me two days with assistance once to start the foundation. It looks great and fulfills my adult needs. Be prepared to figure out somethings as you go. This was the reason for the two days for a total of 10 hrs for one person.

This has A LOT of parts and took me literally 5 hours to build. While screwing it some screws they became unusable but I manage. It’s a great size bed for my room. Pro: good size bed Con:Only faults are sooooo many pieces, pieces became unusable but I was pretty much half way building and too much to put back in box

Received without instructions which made install difficult. Damages included were bowed Railing and one side of main structure bowed which also made difficult to put together.

I love how it came out so does my daughter. It is extremely sturdy I put it to the test. It was definitely worth the price. My daughter wanted a new loft bed for her birthday. She wanted more desk room to paint draw and be messy really. She absolutely loved the way it looked when I was done. She immediately climbed up the steps happy she could have a separate nook to hang her coats or pjs. As far as assembly goes I did it all by myself so I’m sure if I had another set of hands it would have been a lot easier to do. I also had to look up the instructions online because they did not come with the box. I was a screw short as well but luckily I found one that worked. But if one person can assemble it with some bumps along the way it was worth buying to me.

Missing collar hex Nuts - letter E in the parts list. Pretty disappointing that you would have to send the whole thing back and there is no way to just get the fasteners.
