Overall, this bed frame is OK. Still a bit noisy even with mattress in place. A couple of the legs arrived dented but we placed them strategically so not visible from the front of the bed. Contacted support and they offered replacement parts but only after sending in a slew of information. And at this point, I don’t feel like taking the bed apart. Got this a few months ago and my husband and I actually needed to use the bottom bed for about a week while we waited for our replacement to arrive. I’m about 190 after just having a baby and my husband is about 180 and despite having nearly 400 lbs on the bottom bunk it made no noise, held together great, as long as there’s a good mattress on there it’s super comfy, we got great sleep and it was very easy to put together with 2 people (because it is large and an awkward shape for only one person to put together) ... show more

The bunkbed was easy to build and came with all the tools needed. It takes at least to people to build it. The only downside to it was the packaging it was really scratched up from the metal rubbing against itself. Feels very sturdy!
