I used this product all over my body in the shower. It just takes a little bit. This container is going to last me a while. I have been in the pool a lot this summer, and my skin was dry and flaky. I rubbed this all over in the shower, rinsed, and when I got out and toweled off, my skin was so smooth and soft. It says it has an "ocean sea spray scent." If you stand by the ocean where the waves are breaking and there's a sea spray, this is what it smells like. That's not such a great scent actually. I do wish they'd add just a little something to make it smell a little better, but still, the product is awesome. ... show more

Listen I've been using sugar scrub cubes went through many different brands some where extremely tough on my skin while other where soft and worked but didn't work as well as this!! Listen I use this every single time I shower even of I don't need to use it, I use it anyways!! My skin feels so baby soft after using it for the first time I immediately fell in love with it's from the nice scent to how well it gets the dead skin away. I might be repeating myself but I don't mean to. I've literally sent this two 2 of my friends and I'm so excited for them to use it!! I have the ocean scent one which is calming and a good way to unwind. I work night shift so I come home and do a nice scrub down with this and I swear I fall asleep so fast when I lay down completely unrelated but also related lol. ... show more

The scrub does its job. My skin is soft. My only complaint is the smell. I was expecting something more ocean scented. Instead it is a generic floral smell. Not my favorite. Nothing ocean about it. If I order again, I will order another scent.

The TL;DR gist: Smells better than the whipped pineapple soap. Three stars for the packaging, better scent, and it lathers somewhat decent. Still wouldn't buy again though. I had high hopes for this, but was a bit let down. PACKAGING: Cute label design. Sealed very well. It was very difficult to remove the foil seal, which is a good thing. Don't want any leakage in shipment. SMELL: Better scent than the pineapple whipped soap that I reviewed. Still kind of faintly musty and chemical-like. At least you get more of the ocean smell with this one but the lingering odd smell is still there. TEXTURE: Typical of your usual salt or sugar scrubs, but seems like it could have more liquid or scented oils in it or whatever. It was a bit dry and clumpy. Like I had a hard time trying to spread it over my skin without it just falling off in a clump on the shower floor, if that makes sense, because there wasn't enough wetness to spread it around without adding a lot of water. LATHER: Doesn't lather up like a soap obviously but there is some foaming. After use, it does make my skin feel smooth and soft, which is nice. Overall: It was just ok. The scent of this brand so far is what's throwing me off to not repurchase. This one made my skin feel nice at least so I'll give it that, but that's about it. ... show more

I miss having my spa days since Covid came along. I love this scrub... it smells like my spa and instantly brought my back to the memory of my happy place. :) I used this after I shaved and a soak in a bath. It’s very thick (and I love that it looks like the ocean, would you agree?) so it holds up to the water when getting into a nice foam... it doesn’t just wash away and who doesn’t like foam... fun! At the end, my skin felt so soft! I wish I could return to my spa (so I don’t do all the work lol) but this has happily satisfied my needs with just the wonderful scent alone. :) ... show more

Mine came promptly in the mail with no issues and a lovely note attached thanking me for my business. The jar that the scrub is in is exactly as pictured, very cute and compact, making it easy to transport long distances or carry between rooms. The jar's lid was easy to remove but is very secure also. Jar presentation = A+. The scrub itself is lovely, the ocean scent is very noticeable and smells fantastic, but isn't overpowering either. It lathers up nicely in water, and the salt scrub texture is amazing. I use this in the shower all the time when I want to pamper myself.
