Very pleased with this toaster so far. It is very lightweight if you have to store it away and get it out to use it. Comes in some pretty colors and has most of the features you need. Don't eat bagels (although it has a button for that) but have toasted English muffins, toaster streudels and toast in it and all came out great. Has the lift mechanism to help remove the toast, a "frozen" button to help defrost items from the freezer, and the wide slots. For people with gluten allergies, there's a button for "gluten free" items as well. Another must have is the completely removable trays underneath each side to dump crumbs that fall down inside the toaster. I had never heard of this brand before so was a little skeptical about purchasing it, but am very satisfied. Was reasonably priced and would definitely purchase again or recommend it. ... show more

Love this toaster, it's exactly the color I wanted and work great. I love that it has several settings especially the bagel setting! Only downside is that it occasionally smelled like burnt plastic when we first got it but I haven't smelled that at all in the last month or two
