I’ve tried many cases/controllers/grips for the Nintendo switch 2. This is hands down the best one I have tried. It fits my hands PERFECTLY. It’s also textured so even when the hands get sweaty, the grip is still amazing. I got the lilac one, and I LOVE IT. I read reviews complaining about the weight of it with the battery and don’t believe them. It is not overly heavy at all. It doesn’t bother me in the slightest. The batteries magnets are strong too , so you don’t need to worry about it falling off. Honestly, this is a 10/10 case. It even fits in the dock with the case on which is very convenient. I recommend this case to everyone who loves playing there switch in handheld mode and on the go! It is very expensive, but worth the price if you ask me. ... show more

I've tried 6 different grips and protective cases this is the best one. I legit just had my Cinderrela moment lol. It is so comfortable to hold, it just fits perfectly on the switch 2! It is light on its own and even with the battery on, because the grips themselves are so good to hold you barely even feel the weight. I would with out a doubt recommend this grip. It was so freaking unexpected aswell coming from Belkin haha. How this product has not had every reviewer looking at it is crazy. This dethrones the Mumba titan for me in terms of feel, it was a great option but the Titan is too heavy for constant play. This also beats my dbrand killswitch one aswell, as someone who likes to switch my cases for different ocations there is no need for adhesives or to add any additional pieces to make it functional. This cases is already perfect but to also make it dockable was the icing on top. I actually don't think i'll want to switch this one out. This will be my permanent switch case. Buy this one it is worth the price. Run don't walk! Belkin if you see this please 🙏 make other magnett accessories for the back of the case. I beg you to add a game cartridge box or a box to keep a cleaning cloth and spray. ... show more

Not good, nice idea but its cheaply made the grips are loose on the joycons, and it feels like you have to kinda force the charger cord into the switch and I dont like that, seems like it would damage the charging port. I also find the grip to be a little too big imo. Will have to send this back. Definitely not worth 100 smackaroonies. ... show more

It's certainly robust, and it feels like a premium product. There are comments about the Joy-Con feeling wobbly after installing the grips, but honestly, it's no different than a bare Switch 2. Without the grips installed, the Joy-Con have minimal wobble and it's the same result with them installed, so I wouldn't worry about that if you're hesitant. The case itself is very sleek, and slaps right on the console without effort. The battery pack weighs it down pretty decently, but it's a very nice addition to the case as the magnetic strips on the corners are very strong. You can't knock the battery pack off if you tried. It fits well, and works like a charm. Overall, it's a solid ergonomic case with great utility. I don't think it's worth $99, but if there's any kind of sale for it, I'd absolutely grab it if you're looking for a Killswitch alternative. ... show more

It's a good set of grips and magnetic battery. However, the battery takes a long time to charge. I am not sure about the grips since I don't play so much. When putting the Switch 2 into the port to charge and play games, it's a struggle trying to put in correctly because there is barely enough room and we need to force it down rather than easily go into the port. For this reason, I believe it's best to keep the frame off when we're not actively using the battery. There is definitely use for this, and I think Belkin has a great idea for the magnet. With travel, it is a godsend having extra battery life and the grips. But otherwise, a good set of grips is all that's needed at home. ... show more

To start off, I think this is a great case, and its a lot more comfortable to hold than the cheaper ones I have. The grip without the battery is lightweight and comfy to hold for longer gaming sessions. The only gripes I have with this case grip are the battery and the build a little. The battery takes a good minute to charge, it took an hour for it to charge when I first got it. It still takes a little while to charge now too, but with my old Belkin Switch charger it didnt take as long. I would be able to use it within 30 minutes after charging from 20% or so. I'm not charging it from 0, it'll be from 20 or 30 percent and it takes a hot minute. I ended up getting this grip case after having Belkin's travel case w/the portable battery. I was really excited mainly because of the color, but also to have both a grip case and portable battery like with my old travel one. The build is decent, though the joy-con release switch, is hard to use, since the joy-con grip mold (when detached) isn't flush with the actual joy-con. So as a result the toggle/switch just sinks into the cutout for it and gets stuck here and there. Also with the battery it makes the Switch pretty hefty in my experience. I really loved the Belkin Portable Battery Travel case for the intuitiveness it had, and the protection it provided. This grip case has no such protection which is a bummer. I get that there's the sling bag which is great for travel, but I do wish this came with a hardshell cover for the front/screen for the Switch. Especially, with the price being so steep. I think having that would make it worth the price more. Overall, I really like this case and I think its great but they're are some definite flaws. ... show more

Man I love this thing. Battery life is great. Case itself fits wonderful. Slides in and out of the dock without any resistance. Kickstand works great. PERSONALLY, I prefer a bigger meatier grip for the Joy Cons, BUT it's a pretty dang good bang for your buck.

Huge dissapointment. Cheap feel, and bafflingly bad design. Love the idea, but very badly executed. The grips wobble a ton and it's very, very easy for the Switch to fall out of the grip if you hold it wrong. This is because the grips are held affixed to the console purely by the flick switch that ejects the controllers, which has virtually zero resistance. There literally is nothing that wraps over the top of the controller. I understand the Switch 2 is very difdicult to engineer a case for, but the DBrand case had the same issue and they had to redesign their cases, so how in the world did Belkin learn nothing from that fiasco? I personally don't need to detach the controllers, so it would be cool to get a solid case that actually works. Beyond that, just feels terrible to hold the console, with the wobble and fear that the grips are going to fall off. But the battery pack idea is so cool, it really blows that the actual case is unusable. Sent back for refund. If they reiterated the design like DBrand did and make the grips actually, you know, grip, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. ... show more
