I love the color, design and feel of it. It’s a medium firm. Not too hard not to soft. It’s perfect. I take naps on it all the time and the velvet is sooooo soft. The color is a great accent to my living room. Love the storage. Oh and it was super easy to put together!!

I’ve had this couch for months now and it’s terribly uncomfortable. The quality of the materials is awful. This was one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. I received the delivery while I was at work. 4 decent sized boxes. 12 hours at work...got home, opened each box to make sure nothing was damaged. 25 minutes later i had the couch fully set-up. It was such a simple set-up and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
