For the price this is a great couch/sectional. Wish the seats were slightly deeper, but it's not the end of the world. Have had it for about 6 months and it's held up well with regular use. Vacuums easily. It is a little more on the firm side, so if you're looking for a couch to sink into, this is not your couch. This is quite possibly the best purchase o have ever made. Assembly, easy. Fabric, smooth, soft, velvety goodness. Color, stunning. Comfort, incredible, firm in a supportive way and soft enough to add balance making it the perfect experience. Size, larger than any couch I’ve had, allowed both me and my boyfriend to lay down without being too crammed. Love the ottoman, thinking of getting another one, and love the storage is has. This came in 3 separate boxes and we had to reach out to the seller for the parts that hinge the couch together, which was annoying but they shipped them out quickly. I know some people have said that the back pillows not sticking to the backrest is very annoying, but I actually like that I can adjust the pillow to be more inclined if I want to lay out on the ottoman as a chaise, but can see that if you have children or pets that are always moving them around, that may be annoying, but I would still recommend this couch. Maybe just get some Velcro rectangle fasteners and then problem solved. Also price point, in this economy, this is unbelievable. Much better than anything I could’ve gotten at IKEA for this price. ... show more

The sofa is easy to put together, it is stylish and comfortable,. although the back coushin is little lack lower back support, any extra pillow should do it. The seller is good communicator, they left a message let me how many boxes were coming and the boxes may not be delivered at the same time by FedEx which was exactly what happened. The item I received has a little issue, after contact the seller, we were able to work out a solution quickly. Great customer service. Will buy from this seller again. ... show more

Replacing a much larger sectional, shopped around and always came back to this one. Price is right, now I know the color, the comfort and the size is just right. Comes in 3 large cartons. Oops, came with no instructions at all. My clever daughter was able to assemble it together. Easily came together. Cushions puffed up properly in a short time. The fabric! Probably my favorite part. Assembled super easily and quickly, by myself. The parts and instructions were well labeled, and the holes were correctly placed. I have a very small space and this couch was the perfect fit. The cushions fluffed up and expanded to their full size, without any problems. I'd recommend not sitting on them, as they're still expanding, but it really only takes a day or so. The couch is on the firmer side, but not uncomfortably so. I love that the ottoman is reversible, and can even be rotated sideways. I don't think this couch will last forever in my household, as I don't think it will withstand lots of being climbed all over. But in terms of quality, I still think it's comparable to far more expensive furniture sets, so for the price, I'm definitely satisfied. I hope it lasts a long time because I really do like it. This is a decent couch for the price. The back cushions are kind of flimsy and fall down a lot. They're also pretty small and thin. I had planned to get elastic cushion covers for then but I'm having a hard time finding some that fit because they are so small. The seat cushions are very firm, almost hard. Pictures don’t do it justice. I love this green couch so much. It’s comfortable and fits my space great. The storage is perfect for my blankets. It does have a bit of firmness to it but I love it I don’t like sinking in couches. The back is a little short so there isn’t a lot of support but it doesn’t bother me because I’m 5ft tall. My cat also loves it and has not scratched it. I let the cushions fluff up for 2 days before fitting them on the couch and it arrived in 2 different packages on different days but I worked me because I was still moving into my place. I was able to assemble it by myself, with a little sweat but it was very easy! I was worried about buying it but I don’t regret it one bit! ... show more

First things first- this couch is so soft and such a lovely green. It took 30 mins to put together (45 mins with unpacking and prep). There are only a few parts, just a few simple steps, and it disassembles just as easy. The measurements given are very accurate. The couch cushion is average in depth, and the length and height are pretty large (i’m 5’8 for reference, my friend in the photos is 5’6). It sits comfortably, and very very sturdy. Two people could lay comfortably together, and four can comfortably sit together. The shipping came a day earlier than expected with all three boxes. No damages. Customer service was so handy and proactive- though i never needed any replacements or extra help. Took abt 48 hrs for the cushions to fully fluff out, but you can fluff them out like a pillow for faster results. They feel so full and well stuffed. If you are wanting lots of leg room, then buy the one with the longer ottoman. For the price to be as low as it is, this is such a nice couch that i believe will last me at least five years. It truly is so well made- from the velvet to the armrests to the frame. ... show more
