I'm so happy with this couch! It was worth the price! We have a small awkward shape living room, and I spent a LOT of two hunting for the right dimensions on a couch that would fit. This couch was true to its dimensions and fits perfectly! Shipping: it came in 6 separate packages that arrived over 3 days. The seller sent me a message with the tracking numbers and a link so I could see the shipping status for each box all in one place. That was extremely helpful! Assembly: by far the easiest couch I've ever assembled, and I've done a LOT of assemblies!!!!! All the pieces just slide together. Some are a bit awkward and heavy, so having a dolly was helpful to manage the boxes. But I (5 foot tall 30+ yr old woman) did the whole thing by myself in less than an hour. The only pieces that screwed on were the feet. The pull-out bed part was already fully assembled in the box. As noted in the instructions, the cushions take up to 2 days to fully re-fluff after being vacuum packed. Comfort: the seat cushions have good support - they're firm. The pullout bed is level with the seat cushions when it's pulled out, so it makes for a good sleeping surface. The back and cushions are taller than I was expecting, which is pleasantly surprising. Other box assembly couches I've had and seen usually have lower backs because it's easier to ship that way, but these come up comfortably to my shoulders. Storage: the storage space is fairly shallow. That's the one thing I wouldn't have minded being a little more spacious. But there is still plenty of it given there are 2 different storage sections. The hinges operate smoothly, and the chaise hinges specifically clearly have a lift assist - if you pull the seat up a little bit, the hinges do the rest of the work for you. Overall - 10 out of 10! So far I love the couch it is firm but very comfortable. The assembly was fairly easy I did it myself as a 5’6 woman some pieces were heavy but not too bad. Delivery came in two shipments there were 6 boxes. Only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is I wish the back cushions were thicker. Overall happy with the purchase!

Its fits in a small living area so that's nice. But it's very hard. Definitely not as comfortable as it looks. I'm not sure why the other reviews say its comfortable. If you're sleeping on it, it may be comfortable if you like hard/firm mattresses. But as a living room couch, its tough stay in the same position without fidgeting around. I had to use a lot of extra pillows to give some relief. Most of the time, I have to be in a lying position for it to be tolerable. As for quality, it seems fine. Easy to put together and seems sturdy enough. But I wouldn't get this again.

I honestly really love this couch. It's a little firm at first but softens up. It's so versatile and the pull out bed portion is SO simple to use. My husband and I have been pulling it out for movie nights and it's been amazing! The fabric is pretty high quality and the storage is impossible to beat! Its also incredibly easy to put together, and comes apart in a way that wiuld make it incredibly easy to move. The only things that could make this couch better is if there was an option to make the arm rests have charging ports on them. ***Note: The sleeper 3 comes in 7 different LARGE packages, and apperently don't all move together through the shipping network. Be prepared to potentially have half a couch for 1-4 days. Not the sellers fault, shippers fault, but heads up!

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The item was as described on the website and it looks very nice in my space. The seats are firm and but comfortable. The storage is great and feels larger than I pictured. In the double cusion storage I have a large blanket and a pillow and there is still a small amount of room left. It is spacious and fits my family. The cup holders are large enough to fit our cups and reusable water bottles. The color is beautiful.

The couch arrives in three to four separate deliveries. We thought we were missing parts but we weren’t once everything arrived. As far as quality it is a very comfortable soft couch. It was very easy to assemble and looks great in our living room. The cushion covers are easy to remove for washing, the cushions have already fluffed out to full size with no chemical odors. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.
