We've only had this couch about 2 weeks, but we really like it so far. I was overcome with decision fatigue on modular couches and decided to get this reasonably-priced option to kick the can down the road a bit. We are very pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the comfort! Delivery took 2 days as the couch arrives in multiple boxes. Note that the transaction is only tied to one of the boxes, so the entire couch will be marked as Delivered even if only that one piece arrives that day. Assembly was super easy, intuitive, and dare I say foolproof. The screwdriver collection (you get one per box) that comes with the couch does not fit the screws very well, but any other standard screwdriver will. The couch modules are super easy to connect and disconnect in whichever configuration you'd like. Quality-wise, we are enjoying the firmness of the cushions (you don't sink very much into them, but they're not rock hard and uncomfortable). The reclinable sides can be nice in certain situations, but fairly useless in others - the sides are very low, so you can't use the backs as a "recliner" unless you remove the cushion or have another module at your feet to support your legs. In other words, the sides/backs are so low that you can really only use them to support you while laying down, not to lean back while sitting. We have 2 shorthair cats, and we are very happy that the couch does not seem to be accumulating much fur. However, cat claws snag the terry fabric VERY easily, so if your animals are prone to sharpening on furniture you'll need to train them out of it. Overall, this was one of the most inexpensive modular options I found, and the quality is pretty great for what you pay. Time will tell whether this holds up over time - I can update the review then if there are any issues. ... show more

    • Wonderful sectional!!
I love this sectional. I was nervous about ordering a couch set online, but there were no worries with this product. It arrived in perfect condition with all parts and tools to complete the setup. My husband and I were able to set it up in an afternoon. The foam is a bit firm but it is not uncomfortably so. It is better for our backs anyway. I love the seat height, the storage, and most of all the color! There are so many options as to how to set it up as it can be configured the way you need it to be. We were going to do a separate couch and loveseat, but changed it to an L-shaped sectional as pictured. It is very sturdy and should last for many years. I also like the fact that you can order extra pieces if something breaks or you want to create separate chairs, couches, or ottomans. The seats raise up easily. We had storage ottomans in the past but our dogs knocked them around to get at the contents. No worries with these. I can unreservedly recommend this brand.     • Very Comfortable Couch
This couch is very comfortable and easy to setup in multiple configurations. Holds together by heavy duty clips from the top under the cushion that lifts up on every section.

    • Comfortable and easy to put together
Pros: the couch is indeed comfortable. It’s not too stiff and not too soft. The number of boxes it arrives in is intimidating, but it is surprisingly very easy to put together. The storage underneath each seat is generous and seriously one of the best parts about this couch. The color was also true to the pictures (gray). Cons: The seat depth isn’t as deep as I wanted. The back of the couch is much shorter than I realized (same height as the armrests), and the flexibility of the backs is not a feature I like. Ultimately, I am returning it. I’m still giving four stars because it’s a good couch, just not what I’m looking for. I’ll update this review with the ease of the return process for others wanting to give it a try. ... show more

    • Love Our New Sectional
After months of searching for the “perfect couch” for our living room space, I decided on a whim to bite the bullet and order this sectional. I was very skeptical of purchasing one online, but figured it was worth a shot. One box of arms/backrests arrived 3 days early, then the remainder of the boxes arrived 2 days early. The U-Shape set was the perfect size for our living room. Each box weighs roughly 50 pounds and it’s very simple to put together. The quality is great considering this was less than half of price of one I had previously picked out from a furniture store…and it has tons of storage. I love the option on switching the layout around depending on our needs and the fact that if one part becomes damaged, you replace ONE part instead of the whole couch. I also purchased the terry fabric, it’s not too “fuzzy” but still super soft and seems very easy to clean. Our dog has already found her favorite spot on the couch and the dog hair basically wipes right off! The ONLY cons I will say about this couch is that my husband is 6’1 and is used to a high-back recliner. He said it will take some adjusting since the backs are not high enough to lean back and rest his head, but with one of the pieces being used as an ottoman, he’s able to kick back and says it’s comfortable. Also, it’s more of a firm couch at first. I’m sure it will soften up over time, but it’s not “melt into the floor soft”, which I really like. This may be a make or break for some people, but it is a plus for us. Just wanted to add this in! Overall, it is a great couch for the price. ... show more
