Best couch to buy if moving it up stairs!! It is Velvety. Wasn’t sure about how it would feel. It’s nice! I got the gray! With the velvety material, looks kind of tan in most lighting. Sturdy and comfortable. Once we layer on it, we Didn’t want to get up! We are thinking it will be great as an additional bed when we have family as well!! Update.m: had for a year and absolutely love it. Our son in law sleeps on it when they visit and the babies sleep with momma in the guest bedroom. He loves the couch. My husband and I love watching movies on this couch. I’ve moved the ottomans to the middle so it’s one long big couch and we recline the backs and lay there watching movies. I’ve fallen asleep on it many times!! My friend is ordering this now because of how much they love mine! Update: we have now had the couch for at least 3-4 years now!! Couch is still awesome! We have had baby bottles spilled and left on the couch from our daughter visiting and the couch still cleans up with ease!! No stains! We have had to tell our grandkids NOT to jump over the back side of the couch and to quit wrestling on it! These Couches are amazing! They came in quick. Although, 3 pieces were delayed it was no issue! We have had purchased a few couches for a pricey amount that are nowhere near as comfortable as these! We love them! So much since we’ve had them we’ve actually all fell asleep on them and stayed asleep. Got them a week ago and have been on them a week ago? Second guessing by them? Don’t! They’re amazing. Customer service is quick to respond and easy to deal with ! Deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this couch as a wedding gift for my daughter. It arrived 06/23/23. Even though it said that you need 2 people, I put it together by myself while watching my 9 month old grandbaby. My daughter and my son-in-love arrived to their house 06/24/23 and love the couch so much that they and my grandson has slept on it for the last week, lol. It was missing a couple of the connecting brackets but Belffin customer service sent them out asap! Absolutely no regrets at all! ... show more

I was missing a leg for one of the armrest and contacted customer service. The missing piece arrived two days later. The only thing I do not like is the height of the back pieces. I absolutely loved this couch in the beginning the storage comes in handy so much but after a few months of use the backs/sides don't push up fully anymore so we just kinda have to sit at an angle when we want them upright, and the foam in the chairs is already divoting in like we have had it for 20 years. ... show more

We love our new modular sectional from Belffin. It fits perfectly in our narrow den, which we previously thought was impossible to furnish. The color and feel of the fabric are very ice and we love that we can add on additional pieces or change the orientation if desired. Having storage in every single seat is also a major plus!
