This sectional honestly exceeded my expectations. First off, it actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a great surprise considering the size of the shipment. Everything was packaged well, and assembly was extremely simple. All you really need is a screwdriver — and they even include a full-size screwdriver in Box A, which was a thoughtful touch. The couch itself is firm but still very comfortable. It has that supportive feel where you can sit for hours without sinking too deep into the cushions. I purchased this for my movie area in my unfinished basement, and it completely transformed the space. The oversized modular layout gives it a true theater/lounge vibe and there’s plenty of room to stretch out and relax. For the price, the quality, appearance, and ease of setup make this a fantastic purchase. I’m looking forward to watching a lot of movies and football games on this couch for years to come. Definitely recommend if you want a large, modern sectional without spending luxury furniture prices.

I really write reviews unless I am extremely impressed by the product. I was hesitant to by a couch online, but it turned out to be amazing. The couch was so easy to assemble (I did it by myself in about two hours while my husband was at the golf course). It came in 17 different boxes I believe. Two boxes with the side back panels did come a few days late and I did have to switch a couple of the back panels around as I did not realize I was missing two. With this said there are two back panels that are going to be different from the rest as these are the corners where it turns into each side. They have a little bit of a L shape on each end. It's honestly one of if not the most comfortable couches we have ever owned. The storage space in each seat base is amazing. The cushions are very thick and extremely comfortable. The blue color that we received is absolutely beautiful. The Fill of the couch is so soft and we love that we're able to wash the cushion covers if we need to as we have two big dogs. The manufacturer was amazing too. One of the bases had a dent in the side of the wood. You couldn't really see it but when putting it together I noticed it right away because I could feel it. I just didn't want to start out with a couch that had a broken piece . Even though it was probably more cosmetic than anything . The damage most likely happened during shipping but just as soon as I contacted the seller/ manufacturer I heard back pretty immediately and they shipped a replacement right away. The only issue with the couch is anytime me and my husband try to watch a movie we are both asleep within the first 30 minutes. The couch is so comfortable!!! If I could give this couch a 10 star rating I would. We highly recommend. We will be Belffin customers for life!!

After a while of trying to decide if I was going to buy a new couch or not cause my current one was not doing it for me, and reading and watching many reviews on this company's various couches I finally decided to order one, and by far It's the perfect couch for all my needs, I can sit, I can lounge, I can even have a nap! It was very easy to put together and arrange. The backs are sturdy and strong with enough flex that they don't feel like I'm going to break them. (6'2 and a little over 250lbs) The seat tops are solid and the cushions are firm but also have a bit of spring to them that makes them very comfortable. I have a bunch of cats and haven't had a problem with fur and if I do vacuum the cushions any fur doesn't cling. they don't even seem interested in scratching it unlike my other couch so the fabric is quite amazing, beautiful, and comfortable. The price i paid for this sofa definitely well worth it (and I paid a bit more for my other couch which was the same amount of couch) All the storage is amazing and the versatility of the modular function is pretty top-notch very user friendly and not a pain to utilize. Customer service was very attentive competent and friendly even during the high volume traffic of when I was contacting them with some questions. As a working person who doesn't like to buy things that don't do what I need them to do, I highly recommend!! Blessed be!

I was very nervous buying a modular couch but as you can see from my photos my very long rectangle of a living room needed something that you can only get from a modular couch. I looked everywhere but decided on the 12 peice in dark blue velvet. Things to know, 1. They ship in 13 separate boxes and super fast, but dont worry, if you only get 7 packages one day and 6 the next they are coming. 2. The customer service is top notch they even called me after to make sure I loved my couch. 3. Set up is EXTREMELY simple! Everything is in the base that you will need plus extras! NOW FOR THE MAIN EVENT. The comfort, when we first got part of the couch we set it up like a single section sectional. This is a firm couch do not expect to fall into the seat like a cloud. So, I would say in a single seat no leg up set up its not super comfortable, more of a clinical couch in a Dr. Office, but lets be honest youre not buying this to set it up that way. Now when we got all the peices and have it set in the formation we wanted with our throw pillows and blankets, it became perfection. My husband is a 6'3 270lbs blue collar worker with a bad back and he loves it. You can really kick your feet up feel super supported and just sit back and relax on this. I was worried about a lower back couch because I haven't had one and man even that was perfect for laying your arms up and sitting back. The fabric is LOVELY so soft and comfortable. The best part is we have 2 golden retrievers and 2 long haired cats and the hair comes right off! Its very pet friendly and seems easy to clean. For the price, service, comfortability, clean-ability and all out look I had to give it a 5 star. PS I set this up completely by myself including lifting the boxes so it's definitely doable for a lady(not that I wouldn't have accepted help 😅) I included a picture I made of possible layouts because I decided before setting this up and moving it 100000 times I could narrow it down by coming up with any formation on paper first. This saved alot of time and both my husband and I picked the same formation before we even got the couch in the mail. OK that should be it. Sorry for the book but this couch has little reviews or YouTube reviews so I wanted to be as throw as possible. UPDATE: After having the couch now for a while here is the update. I still love the couch and often find myself wanting to sleep on it over my $4K mattress in my bedroom. Something about this couch makes you just want to relax and I have spent many nights crashing out on it because of how much room and how comfortable it is. My husband actually asked if we should just get another one and replace our master bedroom bed set with this instead.....I will say I am considering that offer that is how comfy it is in the full set up.

I wanted to wait a year to give my review so I could be sure that the sturdiness, ease of movement with the size I got was going to work for the money. Yes, yes and yes this is the most amazing furniture I have ever owned. The storage is unbelievable and I’m perfectly able to recline with the cushions set. I have never been able to set up a couch this size in the time frame I managed to do it. I got the 12 seat so I can arrange in anyway throughout as many rooms as I want. I was worried that the fabric would break down easy due to my high traffic pets and grandchildren but I have managed to keep it looking as new today as it was a year ago. Considering I only paid 25 hundred, it can fall apart next year and I would have still got my moneys worth but I don’t see that happening. It is as sturdy today as it was the first day so the value for the money has already exceeded expectations. I know how hard it is to pull the trigger on a big purchase especially when it comes to furniture you can’t sit on before your buy, I get it but personally I spend more time on this couch than I do in my bedroom because I fall asleep and sleep like a baby on it. It is absolutely the most comfortable furniture I have ever owned and I got it here.

Not sure how it has such high reviews. I am not in love with this couch at all. But it’s too expensive and a pain to try to return so I guess I’m stuck with it. It is hard as a rock, completely uncomfortable, low profile, and not as pictured. Only reason I gave it a star is because it has storage and can be rearranged. It did not come with corner sectional pieces, so it looks tacky. The pieces slide even with the brackets leaving big gaps. After contacting the seller they closed the inquiry without a response. Not worth it!

It's very easy and intuitive to assemble, but of course there are instructions provided to make sure it's all correct. The fittings at the bottom really keep the sofa sturdy. There are velcro strips at the bottom to keep the seats in place. It's especially useful because each seat has storage space underneath. The velvet fabric feels soft and luxurious. We already have toddler germs on it so the removable covers are very convenient to throw in the washing machine. I love the design of the angled armrests, creating a modern look. I'm glad I ordered the 12 seater because it provides a lot of space for my family. We can rearrange it anyway we like, and even create 2 separate couches that can be placed in different rooms. The flexibily is great for the ever changing needs of my family.

Not super comfortable- more on the firm end. Stain very easily. I do love the convenience of moving each piece how you want. I was missing a few connecting pieces and the manufacturer mailed them to me very quickly. Was going to return it, but not worth the hassle of having to box each piece up and send back. I foresee having to replace these in a year or two.
