I’ve had my Belffin couch for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for my apartment. The green color is so pretty in person and the velvet is super soft without feeling like you have to be extra careful with it. It really made the whole space feel nicer. One of my favorite things about it is the storage. It’s actually really spacious and makes such a difference in a smaller apartment. We keep blankets, pillows, and other random stuff in there which helps keep everything looking clean and not cluttered. I also love how easy it is to take apart and put back together. Whenever we have people over, we can rearrange it or open up the space really quickly, which has been so helpful for hosting. We did have an issue where two of the arm sections started giving out and wouldn’t stay upright anymore, but the customer service was honestly amazing. I reached out with my Amazon order number and a few photos, and they sent replacement pieces for free within two days. It was super quick and really easy. Overall I’m really happy with this couch. It looks great, it’s practical, and the company actually stands by their product. Was moving into a second floor apartment with tight stairs that turned and I did not want to deal with lugging our 8 foot couch up them. I've bought a couch online before and did not have good luck but I needed a couch fast and needed one that was modular. I landed on this brand for many reasons, fast shipping, storage, large selection of style, fabric, and colors. I was nervous it would not be comfortable like the other online couch, which felt like sitting on an airplane seat. What sold me was a video on here of kids jumping on it, and the cushions rebounding like a trampoline. The couch is not a "sink into the cushion" couch, but it has major support and bounce and is very "springy". The color green is more emerald is color. Dog hair flies right off of the velvet so easily. The storage compartment are large. It is SO easy to move the pieces around and the metal bars that keep the pieces together are genius. I love the adjustable back and sides, too. I will say the back is short, because they are the same as the sides to accommodate the ability to mix up the way you can arrange the couch, but with the pillows and some throw pillows, I hardly notice. I have fallen asleep so many nights on this couch on accident, which is not typical of me at all. The value for this couch was so great, and when I get a larger place I can easily buy additional pieces to add to it. If you are on the fence, I say go for it. I didn't need customer service, but they did send me an email with all the tracking numbers since it came it 7 boxes, so customer service appears to be great. I'm based in NY and two boxes came within 2 days, and the other 5 came the next day. ... show more

I waited to review this item as I feel I needed to really used. I got this sectional 7 months ago and it is perfect. All the sections have storage. The instructions to assemble was easy to follow and I got it done really quick. The cushions are firm, even with use I have not noticed any shrink. The velvet quality is great, so soft. I wouldn't recommend for people with pets, my cats and dog had made some marks with their nails. I would say great value for money. ... show more

This is my second experience buying a sectional off Amazon. After 8 years, I got tired of the other one and stumbled upon this little gem. Purchased this a year and a half ago as a 7 piece set: 5 to make a complete sectional with armrests and 2 ottomans for a daybed option. No regrets. I love everything about it. DELIVERY Was super easy. All pieces shipped via FedEx and they arrived on the same day. Everything was there and no damage. I prematurely contacted Belffin customer service because I thought one box was missing. They responded super quickly and it turned out all was there after all. SET UP Super easy. I'm a middle aged lady and assembled this by myself. Everything you need is included, down to the tools. Instructions were clear and helpful. APPEARANCE It looks really nice, the light grey is a classy looking color. I couldn't stop touching it - very smooth and velvety. :) USAGE I live on this couch and spend several hours a day on it. So I had to be sure it was comfortable. And it is. It's not too firm and not too soft. If a section with a lot of use gets a little softer, it's easy to rotate another piece into its place. I have no kids but cats and the couch is no worse for wear. Love the storage space under each seat. Happy to be able to adjust the armrests and back rests to the angle I want. The tilt mechanism works perfectly, you just have to follow the instructions. Once you know how to use it, it's second nature. I haven't had to wash anything yet and my back cushions are still in top shape despite the felines snoozing on it frequently. QUALITY Overall speaking the quality is very good. Especially if you consider the cost. The materials and craftsmanship are above average. Try and buy this setup from the closest modular sectional competitor - Lovesac - and you'll be out 4 grand easily. If I had any improvement suggestions, it would be to make the seats a couple of inches deeper. Beyond that I love this sectional, it's perfect for my townhouse. As a tip, if you feel it's too firm to sleep on, get a topper. 6 of these pieces make a full size bed and a full size topper fits perfectly. :) ... show more

A few things I wanted to know when I ordered that can be helpful to others: Came in 7 boxes Delivered by UPS I live in an apartment, 2nd floor, and they delivered to my door as requested through ups app. Now, about the couch. The green color is beautiful. Truly a darker green, some of the pictures look a little lighter. I wanted the darker shade and was soo happy! It's soft and easy to clean. I'm a single mom with 2 teens. This was very easy to put together. I needed help getting the pieces pushed together enough to get the anchors that attach them together to go in but otherwise it was easy to do alone. Each ottoman comes with the instructions and tools, so you'll have a lot of remaining parts. Also the screwdriver is double ended. Mine was on the flathead side and didn't realize you can pull it out and turn it for Phillips head. I had my own on hand. I love that you can configure it in so many ways. And I love the storage as well! It is hard to move once you put together so be aware of that. It is firm but comfortable. We already had a few accidents and they cleaned up easily. Customer service responded quickly with all the tracking numbers and even contacted me with shipping updates. Overall we are so happy with this purchase! ... show more

We needed a budget friendly sofa that two children and a large dog could enjoy without having to be super careful/strict. This sofa is perfect in our basement were we entertain friends. I love that you can easily buy different pieces to change the layout, make it bigger etc. The storage is great for blankets and quickly cleaning up toys and other random kids stuff in a hurry 🤣 the kids like setting it up like a big bed and watching movies. Good couch for a good price ! Also, customer service was awesome.     • Great utility but not the best durability

We purchased this couch for our new small condo (<600 SqFt) back in July of 2024. We have the 6 seat configuration but is using only 5 of them in a L shape configuration with 1 in storage. We were in the market for a sofa with lots of storage because of the size of our condo; this looked amazing and it WAS! Until the cushions stop being as firm and supportive as it used to be. It took less than 6 months for the cushions to stop being as firm and supportive as it should be. I'm 185lb man and my wife is less than me. Nowhere close to the maximum supported weight of 330lbs. If we both sat on the same seat then fine, we might be exceeding the maximum weight but we don't typically sit that close. They have gotten to the point where if I sit in the middle of two seats I will feel the couch frame on butt. If I sat more on the edge of the seat I would be on the frame. This has happened to the two most commonly sat on seats and the ottomon. Something similar has also happened to a couple of the back cushion. My 4 year old likes to sit on the cushion vertically at times and it has caused that one to not bounce back to full plumpness after she has done that a couple of times. For how expensive each of the back cushions are, you would expect them to be much more resistant to changing shape. Pros: + large capacity for storage for a couch + the velvet material feels really nice. Con: -the firmness of the back cushion and seats deteriorate a little too quick. ... show more
