Amazing couch (super affordable for a couples first apartment)
Color: Green
Size: Sleeper Sofa-1
I’ve had my Belffin couch for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for my apartment. The green color is so pretty in person and the velvet is super soft without feeling like you have to be extra careful with it. It really made the whole space feel nicer. One of my favorite things about it is the storage. It’s actually really spacious and makes such a difference in a smaller apartment. We keep blankets, pillows, and other random stuff in there which helps keep everything looking clean and not cluttered. I also love how easy it is to take apart and put back together. Whenever we have people over, we can rearrange it or open up the space really quickly, which has been so helpful for hosting. We did have an issue where two of the arm sections started giving out and wouldn’t stay upright anymore, but the customer service was honestly amazing. I reached out with my Amazon order number and a few photos, and they sent replacement pieces for free within two days. It was super quick and really easy. Overall I’m really happy with this couch. It looks great, it’s practical, and the company actually stands by their product. I would definitely buy from Belffin again and would recommend it to anyone looking for something stylish and functional.

Great Value for the Money
Color: Grey
Size: Sleeper Sofa-1
This is my second experience buying a sectional off Amazon. After 8 years, I got tired of the other one and stumbled upon this little gem. Purchased this a year and a half ago as a 7 piece set: 5 to make a complete sectional with armrests and 2 ottomans for a daybed option. No regrets. I love everything about it. DELIVERY Was super easy. All pieces shipped via FedEx and they arrived on the same day. Everything was there and no damage. I prematurely contacted Belffin customer service because I thought one box was missing. They responded super quickly and it turned out all was there after all. SET UP Super easy. I'm a middle aged lady and assembled this by myself. Everything you need is included, down to the tools. Instructions were clear and helpful. APPEARANCE It looks really nice, the light grey is a classy looking color. I couldn't stop touching it - very smooth and velvety. :) USAGE I live on this couch and spend several hours a day on it. So I had to be sure it was comfortable. And it is. It's not too firm and not too soft. If a section with a lot of use gets a little softer, it's easy to rotate another piece into its place. I have no kids but cats and the couch is no worse for wear. Love the storage space under each seat. Happy to be able to adjust the armrests and back rests to the angle I want. The tilt mechanism works perfectly, you just have to follow the instructions. Once you know how to use it, it's second nature. I haven't had to wash anything yet and my back cushions are still in top shape despite the felines snoozing on it frequently. QUALITY Overall speaking the quality is very good. Especially if you consider the cost. The materials and craftsmanship are above average. Try and buy this setup from the closest modular sectional competitor - Lovesac - and you'll be out 4 grand easily. If I had any improvement suggestions, it would be to make the seats a couple of inches deeper. Beyond that I love this sectional, it's perfect for my townhouse. As a tip, if you feel it's too firm to sleep on, get a topper. 6 of these pieces make a full size bed and a full size topper fits perfectly. :)

2 years later its still good
Color: Black
Size: Sleeper Sofa-1
Bought 2 years ago. Im plus sized and I use it all the time and its still supportive. Me and 2 other friends can all sleep on it comfortably with plenty of space between us. Its easy to clean up pet hair and my cats can't do as much damage to it because of the velvet material. I dont often spill things because moving on one cushion doesn't move the others but i cleaned the spills easily. Yes its pricey compared to these new boneless couches but you dont have to worry about sinking into this one or lack of support. The couch is made up of individual ottomans that ship in their own boxes but it was easy to put them together with the screws and hooks they come with. I like you can take it apart and make like 6 separate seats or 3 long seats depending on how much company you have. Overall good quality.

Great Customer Service
Color: Green
Size: Sleeper Sofa-1
I ended up needing to return the couch. It's very beautiful, and I LOVE the storage in every seat without those ugly little lift assists that some storage sofas have hanging out. It gets securely anchored together, modules don't budge. It is firm but in a comfy way, and it is light. Very easy to assemble and disassemble. Plus you get a cool a** screw driver in EVERY piece! The part I didn't think about was that I did not plan to have this couch against a wall. If you are taller than 5'0 and don't have a wall behind it, it might not be a good fit. They said the low back was for a modern look which I get. I was very sad it didn't work out. It did take over a week to resolve, but I am happy with the resolution customer service provided. I would buy from this store again.

Love this couch!
Color: Green
Size: Sleeper Sofa-1
A few things I wanted to know when I ordered that can be helpful to others: Came in 7 boxes Delivered by UPS I live in an apartment, 2nd floor, and they delivered to my door as requested through ups app. Now, about the couch. The green color is beautiful. Truly a darker green, some of the pictures look a little lighter. I wanted the darker shade and was soo happy! It's soft and easy to clean. I'm a single mom with 2 teens. This was very easy to put together. I needed help getting the pieces pushed together enough to get the anchors that attach them together to go in but otherwise it was easy to do alone. Each ottoman comes with the instructions and tools, so you'll have a lot of remaining parts. Also the screwdriver is double ended. Mine was on the flathead side and didn't realize you can pull it out and turn it for Phillips head. I had my own on hand. I love that you can configure it in so many ways. And I love the storage as well! It is hard to move once you put together so be aware of that. It is firm but comfortable. We already had a few accidents and they cleaned up easily. Customer service responded quickly with all the tracking numbers and even contacted me with shipping updates. Overall we are so happy with this purchase!

Great sectional *no recommend for pet owners
Color: Grey
Size: Sleeper Sofa-1
I waited to review this item as I feel I needed to really used. I got this sectional 7 months ago and it is perfect. All the sections have storage. The instructions to assemble was easy to follow and I got it done really quick. The cushions are firm, even with use I have not noticed any shrink. The velvet quality is great, so soft. I wouldn't recommend for people with pets, my cats and dog had made some marks with their nails. I would say great value for money.

Best purchase in awhile
Color: Green
Size: Sleeper Sofa-1
Was moving into a second floor apartment with tight stairs that turned and I did not want to deal with lugging our 8 foot couch up them. I've bought a couch online before and did not have good luck but I needed a couch fast and needed one that was modular. I landed on this brand for many reasons, fast shipping, storage, large selection of style, fabric, and colors. I was nervous it would not be comfortable like the other online couch, which felt like sitting on an airplane seat. What sold me was a video on here of kids jumping on it, and the cushions rebounding like a trampoline. The couch is not a "sink into the cushion" couch, but it has major support and bounce and is very "springy". The color green is more emerald is color. Dog hair flies right off of the velvet so easily. The storage compartment are large. It is SO easy to move the pieces around and the metal bars that keep the pieces together are genius. I love the adjustable back and sides, too. I will say the back is short, because they are the same as the sides to accommodate the ability to mix up the way you can arrange the couch, but with the pillows and some throw pillows, I hardly notice. I have fallen asleep so many nights on this couch on accident, which is not typical of me at all. The value for this couch was so great, and when I get a larger place I can easily buy additional pieces to add to it. If you are on the fence, I say go for it. I didn't need customer service, but they did send me an email with all the tracking numbers since it came it 7 boxes, so customer service appears to be great. I'm based in NY and two boxes came within 2 days, and the other 5 came the next day.

Love this couch!
Color: Black
Size: Sleeper Sofa-1
I would recommend. I live in a very small space and it is perfect. Can serve as a guest bed. It's very comfortable and a great find for the price. I'm tall and can comfortably stretch out. I put it together by myself. I plan to buy additional seats when I move into a bigger place.
