We have some work to do to finish our living room makeover (I'll upload an updated pic when we're done), but wanted to write this review. We are super impressed with the product *and* seller. The modular pieces are truly spectacular in design and ease of putting the pieces together. We normally read instructions step by step and putting the pieces together required no instruction. All the pieces fit together beautifully. The cushions are soft yet firm. Goldilocks would approve - they're just right! The fabric is also plush and nice to the touch. If I spill anything or do irreparable damage, somehow, it's great to know I can buy individual replacement pieces, too. They are solidly built and having feet for each individual piece also prevents the sag you'd normally get in this long of a couch. The storage underneath each seat is a huge bonus, too!! Great place for all our games! We are 5'5" (F) and 5'9" (M) and these couches suit us perfectly. Our boys are 6'3" so we're curious to see how this couch fits taller people. There are extra parts in each bag plus tools to assemble. The seller was super prompt to help me (I accidentally ordered an extra middle piece). Can't say enough great things about this couch!!

Highly recommend!!! Pros: 1. Sooo much storage!! Each seat is a storage ottoman, super spacious, we throw all our babies toys in there, great for families with kids 2. It’s almost water resistant. We’ve had several small water spills and it just pools on top for quick wipe. Been super easy to wipe and keep clean 3. Super easy to put together and let’s you rearrange the set up as much as you like. 4. They’re FIRM but super comfy 5. Amazing customer service from this company Cons: I wish seats were deeper. It’s ok when we have 2 deep but just one isn’t as comfortable for lounging. If you’re looking for modular couch this is a really good one. Let’s see how it holds up over time.

I am so glad I bought these! I was, of course, skeptical of buying a couch on Amazon, but the high percentage of positive reviews motivated me to go for it. I figured if it was a fail we could use it in my husband’s office or something. Well- it did not disappoint! We purchased individual pieces rather than a whole set, they all arrived with all the necessary hardware, and screwdrivers, to put them together, plus extra! It was so quick and easy to assemble and I can see how it will be easy to rearrange as needed. The material is soft, feels very nice to the touch. The grey color beautiful- a lovely warm grey-“greige”. I’ve been lounging watching tv on it all evening and it is very comfy. It is firm, but - I would say it is the perfect balance of firm and soft. The ability to adjust the angle of the back and arms is nice too. Literally have nothing negative to say about this! If you are contemplating it- go for it!

I've been looking at this sofa for over a year since I was moving to a tiny house and needed the extra storage. I'd say 95% of the reviews were positive so I took that as a good sign. I ordered two of the middle modules. The color and fabric were exactly as pictured - light grey that leans toward light taupe - I was able to use it with all the dark brown pillows I already own. However both modules had issues. Customer service was very prompt to respond and I was happy with the outcome. Just go over your chairs closely when you get them to make sure they are perfect. And make sure the colors are the same shade because if you order the chairs separately and not as a unit they may come from different fabric lots and/or warehouses. The positives are the storage and since my tiny house bed pulls out from under my living room floor I can put all my bedding and pillows in this couch. It's also easy to assemble. It is comfortable, but much more so when I have it stuffed with pillows or comforters in the storage area. The chairs are a bit more shallow than my previous sectional, but if you lean the backs a couple of inches they feel more roomy. I'd also recommending adding comfortable throw pillows. Figuring out how to move the backs and arms up and down takes a minute, but I'm more concerned that they seem a bit fragile so I may buy backups just in case. In addition, I'm 5'4 and the feet made it a little too tall for me. I'm using it without the feet though I will try to get lower wooden ones in the future. Knowing what I know about this fabric now, I probably would have ordered the blue or green as I think they'd be more stain resistant and there would be no need to stainguard as I did with my previous light-colored sofas. In the future I may replace the sofa with a different color, but this fits in my tiny house and gives me the storage I needed (and I don't have to replace my expensive and comfy brown couch pillows.) I do like the fact that I can replace the arms/backs separately so if there's ever a problem I don't have to replace the whole couch. This is a great sofa for a limited space and adding more storage!

I love the versatility of this modular set. The are many possibilities of arrangement. Velvet feels nice and looks similar to microsuede which I am very happy with since I didn’t want linen or fabric material. The storage under each chair piece was perfect for my downtown apartment. Easy to set up. Responsive customer service. I had an issue with an armrest and pillow, and issue was resolved by email within a few a days. I chose this Modular set over others because it one style that connects together as a couch rather than “left end, right end, corner piece.” for the price, customer service, storage, and versatility, i would recommend it especially if you live in an apartment or just need a way to store things out of sight. I hope I'm not prematurely reviewing this but I really am enjoying and looking my purchase. The sofa is comfortable and I love the fact that the backrest and arms can be moved to various angles. I had read some reviews about colors but mine came out the same keep in mind the velvet/ suede feel does affect the way it looks. So it'll be just a matter of bruising your hands over it. I love how easy you can attach and detached I bought 2 middle and 1 back+armrest set. I set it up so it can be one loveseat and or 2 separate individual sofa in a matter of 30 secs. I read some reviews of people saying it's too short... I'm 5'10 and I was perfectly fine your upper back and neck might be hanging a bit if you're 6'2 + but that can easily be fixed by adding another cushion... which leads me to my only gripe, how can I buy more of the cushions I really wished the Arm+backrest set came with 2 cushion also. I've only used this for a week now.

Do not but from this company. I ordered a modular couch and it is definitely not made for the average American. It is built for the average Asian. You can’t really sit or fit comfortably unless you put the back rest leaning all the way. I ordered an extra piece that ended up not fitting in my space and they approved the return but have refused to send me the funds to return it. I call everyday with no luck. Anything you buy from Amazon, make sure it says free returns and not just 30 day refund replacement because returning a couch in the mail is very expensive. I will be posting in every single item they have on Amazon for this reason.
