This couch is so awesome. I love it. Pros Storage in every part. Super easy to put together. Each part is interchangeable - the arms and backs are the same. The ottoman and seats are the same! It was so important and helpful to be able to rearrange my living room and try different ways as more of my furniture came in. It’s nice to be able to lay the back down at different angles, especially since the couch isn’t very deep. Laying the backs makes the depth more comfortable. Comfortable pillows! Easy to order each piece. The seller was AMAZING to work with, sent a replacement super fast when I had an issue. Cons The color is hard to nail down - it’s darker than the listing photos but lighter than the review photos. I am posting the photo most like it Isnin person. It’s not emerald but it’s not hunter green. This is the big one - the backs and sides lay down by pushing forward or back. They don’t lock in place. If you’ve got a sectional where one part of the couch is not against a wall, then it’s easy to accidentally lean, sit, or push against a wobbly back/side. I have a rental so this last point is gonna be a pain point and I’m worried it will get broken easily with normal use. ... show more

I browsed so many reviews, so many modular couches. I wanted something with storage, but a lot of other couches didn’t have a good seat depth, I feel like something with storage is going to be on the firmer side with any brand chosen. So price edged this one in after comparing to sanctionals, honbay, home reserve etc. I love it, it seems to clean well, looks nice, feels nice. Is firmer you don’t sink in but it’s comfy I enjoy laying on it I’m 5’9 female. My kids love making their little forts on it, was easy to put together I don’t even have all the links in but it still stays together fine. Very easy to assemble, looks good and is pretty comfortable. Two of my seat pieces seem to have been drilled wrong so I can't connect an arm rest to them. Belffin sent me a replacement arm rest to see if that would fix it (obviously it wouldn't since the problem is with the seat) and offered to send a replacement seat afterwards but I just put them in the middle so I didn't have to worry about it. The modular design is awesome. When friends come over I can make a long lounge chair for each of us, rearrange it into a bed, make a bunch of individual seats, etc. I really wish they made a non-reclining arm rest or reworked the mechanics behind it to not wiggle as much. It makes the arm rests feel cheap/broken when you try to put weight on it and it folds in. ... show more

I cant believe I got everything I personally wanted in a couch, especially on amazon. The price was very fair, its beautiful, its comfortable, modular, pet and kid friendly, has storage! What more could you want? I was worried that the grey would look cold in my house( the only other grey in my house is my kitty cat) but its definitely more of a warm grey or tan-grey, its beautiful. It is well made and doesnt look or feel cheap at all. Im very happy with my decision. This is way better than ones I saw at costco for a similar price. This couch arived in just 2 days! (I live in California) I thought it would take at least a week and take multiple days to all come in. Im so impressed. I am having a hard time finding a wide enough bracket to fit one of the connections, but seriously that isnt a big deal. I will update if I dont continue absolutely loving this couch. ... show more

This couch is awesome. It is very comfortable to sit and sleep on, firm but soft at the same time. It is so easy to clean and I love that the cushion covers are removable and machine washable. But honestly, the best part is that my cats don’t like the texture of the fabric when they try to scratch. My poor old couch was down to the wood framing in spots. I could’ve never imagined I’d find a couch that’ll withstand these wildly destructive beasts with their fuzzy little murder mittens. One of these little savages has decided that his favorite spot to launch his hairballs from is the very top of their cat tree, directly at the couch. The fact that this couch is so easy to clean and disinfect is a blessing. The only negative is that the sections are a little small, especially the storage underneath the cushions. I can only fit 2 small blankets in each, which is a little disappointing. But I should’ve checked the dimensions more carefully so that’s kinda on me. ... show more

I got this couch for kids to use when watching family movies (we use recliners) to sit, store toys etc . We truly gently use, no jumping etc. Basically no adults using it, and its braking down,pillows (back and seating) out of shape it looks beat up … i loved it, the color, the softness, the storage … i just wish it would be better made , more sturdy, seating pillows had better quality. Ps we also used couch protection covers, thinking this couch will last long so we should protect surfaces- but unfortunately its dying and we need new one … ill find pictures and upload them later . ... show more

We are absolutely in love with our Belffin modular couch—it's exactly what we were looking for! The design is not only stylish but incredibly practical, with an incredible amount of storage in each ottoman. One of the things we appreciate most is how easy it is to separate and rearrange the pieces to fit our space. The customer service experience was exceptional. When one ottoman and one armrest/backrest arrived slightly damaged, the company didn't just replace the individual parts—they sent us an entire Box B, complete with extra legs, a pillow, and supplies. While we're still figuring out what to do with the extras, it's comforting to know that this company truly goes above and beyond for their customers.
