I browsed so many reviews, so many modular couches. I wanted something with storage, but a lot of other couches didn’t have a good seat depth, I feel like something with storage is going to be on the firmer side with any brand chosen. So price edged this one in after comparing to sanctionals, honbay, home reserve etc. I love it, it seems to clean well, looks nice, feels nice. Is firmer you don’t sink in but it’s comfy I enjoy laying on it I’m 5’9 female. My kids love making their little forts on it, was easy to put together I don’t even have all the links in but it still stays together fine. Having the extra storage space in my small house is phenomenal. I love being able to reshape it to fit my needs. I’ve had it for months now and it has held up nicely against two dogs. I just have to vacuum the dog hair off. It is beautiful, fits my space, and it is perfect for my needs. It is very sturdy and high quality. It is a bit firm (I know some people like their sofa’s extra plush), but that was exactly what I was looking for. I find it very comfortable and great for cuddling in front of the TV. This couch is awesome. It is very comfortable to sit and sleep on, firm but soft at the same time. It is so easy to clean and I love that the cushion covers are removable and machine washable. But honestly, the best part is that my cats don’t like the texture of the fabric when they try to scratch. My poor old couch was down to the wood framing in spots. I could’ve never imagined I’d find a couch that’ll withstand these wildly destructive beasts with their fuzzy little murder mittens. One of these little savages has decided that his favorite spot to launch his hairballs from is the very top of their cat tree, directly at the couch. The fact that this couch is so easy to clean and disinfect is a blessing. The only negative is that the sections are a little small, especially the storage underneath the cushions. I can only fit 2 small blankets in each, which is a little disappointing. But I should’ve checked the dimensions more carefully so that’s kinda on me. ... show more

I want to start off by saying that I absolutely adore this sofa! I have had it for about a month now, so I figured I could leave a review with some of the pros and cons of this sofa. This sofa is very VERY firm compared to my last sofa. I was pretty concerned when I first sat on it, but after a week or so I got used to it. Now I find the sofa incredibly cozy, and I enjoy lounging on it to watch TV. I love that each piece is seperate. It makes changing the layout very convenient, but keep in mind that you really need to put the sofa exactly where you want it before connecting the pieces. Once it's connected, it's nearly impossible to move it without the pieces getting a little wonky. When putting the pieces together, I found that all of the legs did not fit the same. Some of them are very loose bc if I screwed them in tightly, they would not touch the floor. Another issue I see a lot of others also had is that some of the holes do not line up when connecting the pieces. I really had to squeeze some of the pieces together to get the connecters in. It took a lot of force, but I was able to attach all of the pieces. I would recommend having someone push the pieces together while you connect them if you have someone who can help you. One of the main reasons I purchased this sofa was because so many people said that pet hair was easy to remove and cats don't leave claw marks on it. While there is truth to both of these statements, I wouldn't call this sofa pet friendly. I have a Golden Retriever, a long-haired cat, and a short-haired cat. This sofa collects pet hair like I've never seen before, and it shows every single hair. I have to vacuum this sofa multiple times a day, and if my dog has been on the sofa, it's nearly a 30 minute process to get all of his hair off. It does vacuum off rather easily, but it is time consuming. My last sofa didn't collect dog hair like this, so it has been an adjustment. As for the cat claw marks, my cats have had zero interest in scratching this sofa. One of the biggest reasons I got rid of the last one is that they had scratched the corners to the point of stuffing coming out. Though they don't intentionally scratch the sofa, the do unintentionally scratch it while running across it, or playing on it. The fabic does not snag, however; if the cats dig their claws into it, it shows. You can see all of the claw marks from my cats playing. If your cat is declawed or they don't play very much, I doubt this will be a problem for you. Unfortunately my newest cat is still just a kitten so he is all over the place, lol. I will say that after a month of use, there are so many scratch marks that they kinda just blend in with the texture of the velvet. Overall I love the sofa, but it isn't perfect. I do think it was worth the money. It looks and feels expensive and the storage and versatility are unmatched. Sorry for the long review, I just wanted to cover everything! This couch is so awesome. I love it. Pros Storage in every part. Super easy to put together. Each part is interchangeable - the arms and backs are the same. The ottoman and seats are the same! It was so important and helpful to be able to rearrange my living room and try different ways as more of my furniture came in. It’s nice to be able to lay the back down at different angles, especially since the couch isn’t very deep. Laying the backs makes the depth more comfortable. Comfortable pillows! Easy to order each piece. The seller was AMAZING to work with, sent a replacement super fast when I had an issue. Cons The color is hard to nail down - it’s darker than the listing photos but lighter than the review photos. I am posting the photo most like it Isnin person. It’s not emerald but it’s not hunter green. This is the big one - the backs and sides lay down by pushing forward or back. They don’t lock in place. If you’ve got a sectional where one part of the couch is not against a wall, then it’s easy to accidentally lean, sit, or push against a wobbly back/side. I have a rental so this last point is gonna be a pain point and I’m worried it will get broken easily with normal use. ... show more

I love this couch, pretty easy to assemble! Super versatile. There is so much storage! Storage under each seat, I love it! I know some couches with storage aren’t comfortable but this one is. I got the light grey, it’s more of a taupe (which I knew, saw in the comments) and I love the color, it’s lighter or darker depending on the lighting. Super soft! Only thing I noticed was when my cat runs on the couch she leaves makes from her nail, not tears but it’s harder to wipe away than say my hand print. But it goes away after a bit. I have had this couch for almost 3 years now. I can confidently say that this is a great product. Stylish, versatile, and sturdy. I have a child, and pets in my home, and it has held up beautifully over the last 3 years with such heavy use. Our family only has one minor complaint and it’s that when you lay down on the couch, you can feel the frame of the couch in between each crack between the cushions. It’s a tad uncomfortable in that aspect, but manageable. Other than that though we love this couch. The shape and integrity has held up well, it’s easy to clean, and it looks awesome in our home.
