The media could not be loaded. Like most people, I was anxious about ordering furniture online. I spent 2 months driving to all the big name furniture stores, local furniture stores, marketplace, resale specialty shops and shopping online on all the major retail websites. I struggled with trying to find a large enough sofa that fit my needs & budget. While scrolling through my phone I saw an add for Belffin and it immediately caught my attention. When I saw I could order Belffin Sofas through Amazon that gave me the nudge I needed to finally just order the style I had been looking for. I purchased the 7 Seater Modular Sectional Sofa with storage ottoman in beige velvet with tufted seat cushions. When I ordered through my Prime account it originally gave a delivery date about a week out. The large sofa boxes actually showed up in about 3 days. The company had sent a message to alert customers that the couch pieces usually get delivered over the course of a few days, mine all came together. When I saw the boxes in my garage, I have to admit I was wondering if I had gotten into a project that was over my head. Essentially each seat is in its own box and then there is an additional box with the two arms. The 7 seater came with 2 loveseats, 1 single seat, a corner seat and the ottoman. Each box was designed to accommodate everything for that seat with all cushions vacuum sealed and tucked into the seat base. Large sheets of foam protect the sofa pieces from the cardboard box itself. Here’s the great part…..you do not need any tools whatsoever to completely assemble the modular sofa no matter what configuration you choose to set it up in…..When it comes to assembling the sectional it took about 30 minutes from start to finish with just my neighbor and I chatting while working along. In the larger boxes for the loveseats there are instruction booklets, warranty info and company contact info. The surprise detail is that each loveseat has a pair of white gloves and a large sheet of foam paper so you can assemble the sofa without getting it dirty. The first step once you have gotten all the sofa parts out of the boxes and opened all the vacuum sealed cushions, is to figure out which layout works best for you. While thinking about how you want to arrange things you can screw the sofa legs into the predrilled holes. Because it’s a modular sectional sofa you have the freedom to choose any setup and you can even switch the setup whenever you feel like it. Each base peace has 2 interlocking components built in so all you do is slide the bases and they automatically hook together. The seat backs already have the same connector components so you just line the base and the back together and your framework is done. My seat cushions are tufted and the seat back cushions are smooth so it took about 30 seconds to finish the couch by adding the cushions. The cushions all have zippers so you can remove them as needed for cleaning. Now that the sofa is assembled and there is a sense of accomplishment that you tackled that large load of boxes that were intimidating upon arrival. Here comes the good part….. The sofa is absolutely gorgeous. It has a luxurious velvet fabric that is so soft to the touch. The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship of the build is so much better than the expensive furniture store sofas and this one is a fraction of the price. I prefer a sofa that has some support and a back high enough to rest my neck when watching tv, this sofa does both. The seats are firm enough that I don’t feel like I have sunken into the couch and high enough that I can get up without feeling like I need assistance. There is spring in the seats but there is also enough memory foam that it is cozy and comfortable for sitting or napping. With the 7 seater I can lay flat in either arm of the sectional without running short of leg room. One of my favorite features is actually the hidden storage in the ottoman. There is a pull tab made out of the velvet of the couch and when you pull it up the top lid and cushion pop up in some type of spring loaded design so you are not having to use your whole body weight just to get it open. There is ample storage space in the ottoman for remotes, laptop, iPad, chargers for everything and a throw blanket. It makes resetting the room before bed a breeze. This Belfin modular sofa is stylish, but with a more casual elegance to it that makes it feel both timeless and family friendly for daily use. Once assembled it is a very solid piece of furniture and no one would ever suspect it to have been delivery in boxes and self assembled. The overall appearance and touch are a much higher quality than any piece of online furniture I have previously purchased. For the price, the value is unmatched. If you are sitting on the fence about ordering it, I would highly recommend purchasing a Belffin modular sofa in the seating size that best suits your needs. I’m thrilled my new sofa came so quickly. My parents always come stay with us for the holidays and the last several times my mom has commented in one way or another about how much she disliked my old couch because it is uncomfortable, too saggy, not easy to get up from, etc. My new Belffin sofa eliminates her entire list of complaints about my old sofa. That’s a win in my book.

To start the couch was way larger than expected lol. I gave 4 stars because of how low the couch sits to the ground. I’m 6”1, and it literally feels like I’m doing squats to sit down. The seating is very soft with plush cushion. The back rest pillows are a lot thinner. Make sure to get you at least 8 accent pillows if you purchase the 8 seater sectional. Another thing I don’t like is that the ottomans on the ends doesn’t connect to the couch.They literally slide everywhere! lol each ottoman opens and has storage space. Love the color as well.

This couch is absolutely gorgeous in color and feel! It is so large and comfortable while fitting our space perfectly. We're so happy we bought this item and look forward to years of quality use. Delivery was quick and putting it together straightforward (be prepared to open and unwrap lots of stuff lol). We unfortunately had an issue with the ottoman (popped seem) and reached out to the seller. After a couple of back and forth quick emails, they sent us a new one right away! Wonderful customer service and excellent product. Can't get better than this in today's world!

This couch is very comfortable. My only complaint is; the back cushions did not inflate completely and the two halves of the couch are slightly different colors. It is not enough for a regular person to notice but I do. I bought pillows that help with the back cushions. With all of that it is easy to clean. My German shepherd's hair brushes off easily. I love the fact that I can move the pieces around to fit any room and I love the fact that I can cuddle up and watch a movie with a blanket and not hurt after a while.

Putting the couch together was easy for me and my daughter. The instructions were clear, though I didn’t need to follow them much, it is intuitive—best part no tools required. I appreciated how quick and straightforward the assembly was. One of the best features is the modular design. It will be easy to rearrange the sections, allowing me to customize the layout based on my needs. Whether I want a cozy setup for movie night or a more spacious arrangement for entertaining, I can adjust. The ottoman with built-in storage is just what I needed. I wouldn’t normally buy an 1100 hundred dollars couch off of Amazon, and probably will not do it again in the future. I bought the 8 seater couch and was sent a six seater couch. I contacted the seller and they stated that the description did not match what I bought, but it was their mistake. I asked them to send me the two seats that were missing, and make it an 8 seater. They responded by offering me 20 dollars. I had to laugh at such an insulting remedy, I told them I want the 8 seater I bought or they could come pick it up. They responded that they would be sending me a corner piece to make it a 7 seater, I said I guess I would accept that, but in the end they sent me the corner and additional piece. The company was easy to work with, and responded right away. I was given the two additional seats delivered to my home within a week of contacting them. It was very appreciated. The couch itself is not the highest quality. The fabric it quite nice and it’s comfortable, but the back does not feel like it will last, but I’m happy with the look and comfort. My advice is, read all the fine print before spending $1100.
