We literally just finished putting this couch together this afternoon, so I can't say much about its durability. But so far, we are very impressed! We read all the reviews carefully, but none of the complaints were an issue for us. Everything clicked in evenly and perfectly, and the cushions, which are supposed to be aired out for 48 hours, were fluffed up almost immediately (we gave them 24 hours anyways just to be on the safe side, but I don't see a difference). The color is great - not too dark but dark enough that it will cover a multitude of mishaps. The storage is a bit shallow but the sections are so big, we are able to fit blankets and board games and even my laptop and other electronics. The cup holders are wide enough to hold my 32 oz. water bottle. The cushions are firm while also being comfortable. The main reason we bought this sofa was because we wanted more seating in our family room and this is definitely going to do the trick! I do have a few complaints but none of them are severe enough to detract from how much I love this couch so far - the first is the way they ship it is in different containers (8 for the 8-seater). The first two boxes arrived right away, but it took another week to get two more and another day to get the rest. Again, not a deal-breaker to be sure but just make sure you know that going into buying it, you may not get all the pieces right away. So if you need it for a specific occasion, time it appropriately. The second minor qualm is that the back cushions are pretty flimsy. While they might still "puff up," but even then they're still pretty thin. They really are comfortable, but you can definitely feel the back of the couch through it if you lean into them. Again, not enough to detract from the overall awesomeness of the couch. I'm super happy with our purchase and I will update if any issues regarding the quality come up later on. ... show more

I’m supper happy with it. Quality is great for the price. It’s fit perfectly in my living room. Material is soft, comfortable and easy to assemble. Best part you can use it as storage for pillows or blankets Definitely worth the money, you can’t find in the furniture store.

Came in 8 different boxes over 3-4 days. I cannot say enough good things about this couch!!! I'm a foster parent and have babies and toddlers in my care. This couch is easy to clean and has amazing storage. The hight is good for my elderly parents to get off the couch without needing assistance. Super comfortable!!!! A total game changer! We purchased the 10 seater in dark grey. It came with 4 of the 2 seater sections, 2 corners, 2 armrests, and the large ottoman. It came in 8 packages. They were packaged really well. All cushions were vacuum sealed. Super easy to put on the plastic washers and legs for each piece and then slide the back pieces on. Each section connects together super easily. The ottoman came with metal bars and since every couch piece has holes in the base, you can place the ottoman wherever you want it and keep it from moving around using those bars placed in the holes. Every piece opens up and has quite a bit of storage. There is a tab you can use to open them, or you can tuck the tab in the base so you don’t see it. Each seat cushion has Velcro on the bottom so you can attach it to the base if desired. The back cushions just sit on the couch. It is firm, but also very cozy. The actual height of the back of the couch is only 28 inches. When the back cushions are stood up straight, that’s the 36 inches height, so it is a shorter couch than expected. We love how modular it is and how easy it is to move and connect the couch differently. The only issues we’ve had so far with the couch is that the back pieces tend to bend/creak if you sit back hard enough. We don’t have it against a wall, so it’s not as sturdy as we would like it to be. And then also, the color was not what we expected. It definitely has a lot of blue in it. Like a dark navy blue and grey in it. But it’s still really pretty. Overall a good purchase, and good couch for a family. ... show more

Update: it has now been over a year since we purchased this & it’s still solid! Some cushions are getting odd shapes (dog) but no complaints! Sturdiness of this beauty is A+! I got the 8 seater & really it’s only a 6 seater but they count the ottomans which is fine! Easy assemble but I do recommend 2 people. Value of money is great! The storage is beyond amazing! We were able to fit 2 throws in each ottoman, board games in the doubles & more! We still don’t know what we will do with the extra storage. I’m 5’10” & the back of the couch is slightly shorter than my old one but it doesn’t bother me any. If you’re wanting something to lean back in though, get yourself a recliner. Shipping is amazing! The seller reached out to me the day after I purchased it & let me know if have 8 packages, sent me all the tracking numbers. I wasn’t suppose to get any of it for almost 2 weeks. I got 2 packages in 4 days, 4 packages 2 days later & my last 2 packages 3 days later! I received the final packages 4-6 days early. I put it together as it came in too! Cushions say to give 48hrs to air out, once they do, they’re comfy! Highly recommend this couch! I don’t leave reviews but I noticed this one needed more so I wanted to raise awareness on what an awesome affordable deal this is! ... show more

Back foam is super thin and you feel the hard edge of the back through them. Seat foam is adequate, fabric is comfortable against your skin. Assembles easily, locks together snuggly. Almost returned because of the super thin back cushions but really need the configuration and size of this couch. Added lots of large pillows instead, looking better and usable with them.
