Best purchase I have ever made!!

Getting a new couch was something I put off for a LONG time. I had my reservations about buying a piece of furniture that I’ll be using every day online without seeing in person, but the reviews were good and I didn’t want to get a full couch up my stairs so I gave it a shot! It came in a bunch of boxes, each weighing about 40-50 lbs. Instructions and tools come in most of the boxes since they mix and match the pieces. Set up is incredibly easy- after you’ve done 1 or 2 you don’t need them anymore. You have little brackets that you can use to lock the pieces together or you can leave them loose to move the couch pieces around. Couch is VERY comfortable, and looks really good in the home. There is room for 3 people and my 2 large cats to all comfortably sprawl out with no problem. Every arm is adjustable with 3 settings so you can set them for whatever angle is best for you and easily adjust as you need. It does have a lot of static at first but that wears off after a few days. The cat hair mostly sits on top so we can easily pick off the clumps or run a lint roller over it every few days to keep it clean. One of my cats likes to claw the side but I’m not seeing any marks, either it’s sturdy or just blends in really well lol!! Very pet friendly. Material is a soft velvet, very comfortable. At the price, I would recommend this couch to anyone. I could move it myself, it is so comfortable and customizable! It also has storage under each of the cushions which I use for blankets. 10/10 purchase. ... show more

Really Nice Sofa!
Color: Black Size: L Shape Sofa
Review Image by Noel Singleton
My sofa arrived in several boxes as stated. I must say it was fairly easy to assemble. All of the parts that were needed to assemble it were included, even a screw driver. The sofa fabric is soft, the cushions are extremely comfortable and thick in a good way. You don’t sink in when you sit which is a big bonus as I have elderly parents who needed help to get up from my last sofa. The fabric is durable and easy to wipe down and maintain. I love that I can change up the configuration to suit our needs, and potential to add more pieces if needed. It looks great in my living room. This sofa has amazing store big bonus! The customer service was great. I was a little concerned that I wasn’t able to track my order after the first package was delivered. I reached out and they reassured me and sent all of the tracking numbers. They even reached out again to make sure that everything arrived and all was well. I really appreciate the extra effort. I love my sofa so far. Would definitely recommend. ... show more

Love, just one complaint
Color: Grey Size: L Shape Sofa
When you order this it will come in 5 different packages that may not all arrive at the same time, don’t freak out. I didn’t know this and was concerned I got ripped off for a second. The couch is super comfy, soft, and easy to put together. It has a lot of storage space. I love the color. My one complaint is that the cushions aren’t actually attached to the base so the cushions shift around a little, especially if you use one as an ottoman piece. ... show more

Absolutely perfect

This couch is perfect! We wanted something dark blue, that was pretty, had some storage, and was going to last. This couch had amazing reviews and I’m so glad I took a chance on it. It came in five separate boxes. Though two came one day and the others came later. It was extremely easy to assemble, and also very easy to customize the shape. Each seat has storage which I thought would make it uncomfortable but it is very comfy. I was very skeptical of the velvet material but I am in love. It wipes clean so easily. Dog hair comes off with one swipe, and I literally use a baby wipe to any spots and it comes clean straight away! We love that the back cushions come off, it makes it super easy to get comfortable, and the bottom cushions don’t so there’s no slipping. It can be difficult to move the couch as a whole because it’s attached but it wiggles some at the joints. All the backs are low and recline. The reclining really gives you more space on the couch, and though we do wish the back was a bit higher, I think it’s just because we’re used to that. I really great couch. Our two year old uses it as a jungle gym and it holds its own. ... show more

Amazing company!!
Color: Grey Size: L Shape Sofa
To be clear, I do not write reviews unless I have had a great experience or a poor enough experience to inform others to stay away. In the 15 plus years of using Amazon, I have written no more than five reviews and today I will be writing about Belffin. For those who do not want to read my experience further, I will immediately state that if you are on the fence about working with this company, then have no fear, as Belffin’s customer support, professionalism, efficiency of solving problems, and ensuring that their customers are treated better than any other entity is second to none. Never have I interacted with a company with such remarkable customer support. Read on for my full experience review. As a recently retired active duty servicemember, I always felt that my integrity and trustworthiness was unmatched. I was proven wrong by Belffin when my family and I were not able to keep the couches that they sent to us. Full Disclosure: I chose to buy Belffin couches unseen, and only trusting the reviews that I read regarding the modular couches we wanted. When one of the couches arrived, we opened it and set it up, which was so simple to construct that we were surprised as to how fast assembly went. Unfortunately, when my son and I sat on it, the back of the couch was too low for us. My son is a swimmer and is six feet and two inches tall and I am a bit taller and we were not able to lean back while sitting down, comfortably. When we both tried to lay down on the couch, our shoulders hung over the edge. My wife and daughter absolutely loved the couches and wanted to keep them, but they understood that my son and I would not fit on them and would not be practical for our family. This was in no way Belffin’s fault as their website absolutely and correctly informs their customers of the exact sizes of all their products. This was completely my fault at purchasing them and I am fully to blame for these couches not working out with us. When I requested a return and refund, Belffin was duly concerned at the quality of their product and very concerned with my “dissatisfaction”. After some initial questions and assuredness that they did not cause me to be unhappy with their service, they instantaneously starting to work the situation for me. They obtained the return shipping labels for me, emailed them to me and I attached them to all the boxes that I desired to return. This was at great expense to Belffin. During this entire time, they constantly kept apologizing for the “inconvenience” of me having to deal with returning the items. I was stunned at this as most other companies would display a form of disgust with these types of situations. This was NOT the case with Belffin. Additionally, Belffin requested that I inform them when I completed the shipping return of the items so that they could track the progress. The moment that I sent them all the tracking numbers, they reimbursed me immediately for every single penny that I had already paid, without even ensuring that I returned the items in question. They trusted me to send the correct items back without even verifying them and reimbursed me. I have never heard of this or experienced this type of trust with any company in my life. When this occurred, I literally sat at my desk for a few minutes realizing that Belffin did not care about the money for an instant and I realized that at no time during this process did I even care about or ever feel like I was never going to be reimbursed. That feeling made me question my belief that no one person or thing could be more honest and truthful with as much integrity as myself. I truly believed that nothing could match my integrity until I experienced this situation with Belffin. I am here to say that Belffin is an amazing company and that whatever system they have for training their employees for customer support and being fair and honest is the exact process that every single company should emulate. Lastly, I did not write this review as a favor to anyone, especially Belffin. However, my experience was such a pleasure that I felt a strong desire to share how amazing this company is to those of you that may have any trepidation working with this organization, and I want to ensure you that my experience was outstanding. ... show more

Old design was better
Color: Black Size: L Shape Sofa
Review Image by Richard G.
The old design was better. This new design is good in theory but the execution is a fail. Having removable cushion covers is a plus but having the wooden slats underneath is a huge negative. We had one of the slats break a few weeks after purchase. On top of the broken slat they keep falling in allowing whoever that sits there fall through. Multiple times a day I find myself having to fix the slats. ... show more

Unfortunately, would not recommend
Color: Blue Size: L Shape Sofa
Excellent customer service. We had a fault which we notified upon receipt of delivery. Fantastic response with replacement sent in days. We love the blue color and the storage. Easy to put together. Unfortunately though, after using this sofa for 6 months, I can't recommend it. Maybe we had a faulty batch but the sofa has not worn well. We are a couple with 2 kids. I'd say it has had normal use. However the cushions you sit on feel like they have really worn down. We noticed this within 4 months of having the sofa. It isn't very comfortable, the seating space is pretty sparse. It's not a sofa for lounging on. It's a pain to move and vacuum under. All in all we regret the purchase and are already looking to buy a replacement. $1.2k for 6 months usage isn't a great investment 👎 ... show more

Great couch
Color: Grey Size: L Shape Sofa

I ordered the L Shaped Couch with Storage 4-seat Convertible Sofa - Grey. I will say it’s not your typical “grey”. It’s more of a stone, taupe type color. I would not call this grey. But that’s just my own personal opinion. (Still loooove the couch) I have it mostly covered anyways due to animals. Ok let me first start by talking about the delivery. The first delivery was 2 boxes and I slightly freaked out because Amazon only provides you with one tracking number. I immediately reached out to the company and they provided me with the other tracking numbers. There are 5 or 6 tracking numbers I believe. You will receive a total of 6 boxes. At least this is the case for the L-shape, the other configurations may vary. The couch is completely modular, so each piece can be moved and constructed how you see fit. I have moved around the ottomans in different ways but ultimately settled on having a longer chaise. You will receive 5 ottoman pieces. They all have storage. 4 pillows, 6 backs/armrests, they’re both the same piece. Of course a numerous amount of feet pieces too. I think it’s the perfect height. It’s absolutely so comfortable. Obviously one of the things you always worry about buying furniture online is if it’s comfortable or not. It is. Not too firm but not too plush. It’s honestly just right. Installation didn’t take TOO much time. There’s just a lot of pieces so it may take longer to get them all attached. Overall I’m so happy with this couch. ... show more
