The first box with the armrest came with the first shipment (21 lbs) and the next day we received the remaining pieces in one box. (110 lbs). We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble as well as the softness of the material. The blanket/comforter that came with the couch is heavy and good quality. Even though it takes 48 hours for the pillows to full expand, it feels wonderful to sit on straight out of the box. It was a great buy at a good price.

My sectional arrived EARLIER than anticipated. The instructions were clear to follow and assembly was easy. I worked by myself and it was still easy. I live alone in a high rise apartment with no pets or children. I went slow and was sure to follow the instructions. It took longer than reported, but that’s ok - I was slow and careful. Some pieces were heavy and awkward to connect together by just one person, but I managed with styrofoam provided in the boxes to raise one section and allow connection with another section. Color as advertised. Sectional is soft, cozy, comfortable, and attractive. Contacting customer service was quick and easy via email. They were fast to respond and very courteous and helpful. I would buy again - and highly recommend.

I have always been a chair recliner guy. My wife convinced me to order this. Very comfortable and supportive! The box units in front of it are at the height that they function as an excellent leg rest. I actually like them much more than chair recliners!! I can move them where I want. I do not have to pull a lever like on a chair recliner. I simply stand up off to the side of the box. The box also opens for storage. So far, easy to clean. Yes, it can serve as a bed. The only negative is that the separate padding they give for the bed is not near enough to make a comfortable bed. We have bought a queen size foam pad, that is about 1 1/4 inch thick and we fold it in half, and place that on the couch to make a comfortable bed. Sturdy. Easy to use.

We received all the sofa pieces in one delivery, minus the ottoman which was delivered a couple days later. Assembly was fairly easy for one person, but a second person's help would've been nice. The pull out bed section is heavy to maneuver during assembly, but it wasn't too bad. The ottoman storage is shallow, but it's enough to store two or three light blankets. The ottoman can be free floating, or attached to a seat via two small drop in brackets. We're using the ottoman with the brackets to make a lounge chair. The fabric is velvet. If you have pets, we've found that hair is fairly easy to clean with a lint brush. Seat cushions are firm, but comfortable. Both the seat and back cushions have zippers, so you can refill them with foam if the padding ever deteriorates. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is due to the "box springs" type bottom of the seats. I would've like to have seen a more firm, solid bottom to the seats. Every time you sit, you can hear the springs move and shift. I have no doubt that the springs will last quite a while, but I just don't like that the seat shifts and creeks when I sit or move. For reference, I'm about 190lbs. My kids notice the springs too when they sit, and they're 50lbs and 70lbs. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this sectional to others.

We are super pleased with the quality, comfortability, and price of this sectional and pullout bed! The delivery and assembly was quick and easy. The design of this sectional is well thought out, so it can easily be moved to another location and put in a different formation. The ability to launder cushion covers was a real selling point. Also the Customer Service was super responsive and fantastic to work with.

The only things I didn’t like: even thought it’s modular and you’re supposed to be able to rearrange the seats it seems hard to take apart once it’s put together in comparison to other models I’ve seen, and I also didn’t get the mattress topper that are mentioned in other reviews so I’m not sure if they stopped sending them or if mine was just missing. Now the GOOD: it’s absolutely beautiful especially for the price. The material is soft and my cat doesn’t seem to want to scratch it. It’s so easy to clean so far, the cat hair doesn’t stick to it and within the first week my toddler got pink/red drink on it and SPAGHETTI SAUCE!! I wiped it with the pink stuff fabric cleaner and you can’t even tell it was there. I was so impressed, and this was one of my concerns with the light color because I have two kids, four dogs, and a cat. The cushions are pretty firm so I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it unless you put a topper on but the firmness is much better than my last couch that was soft and I sank into it which made my back and neck hurt when sitting and watching tv…. I have no pain with this couch. I also think the cushions will have more longevity due to the firmness. My kids LOVE the couch, specifically my 7 year old likes to pull out the sofa sleeper part and make a lounging out where the family can relax and watch movies together. He said he gives the couch 2000 thumbs up. I looked at so many sofas/sectionals online before deciding on this and I would 100% buy it again. I think it’s the best quality for the price and definitely recommend!

The instructions were incomplete and no one to reach on the weekend. It seems to me that most of the brackets were put on upside-down or backwards, making it difficult to put together. The couch is however comfortable and looks nice. Please upgrade these issues.
