The first box with the armrest came with the first shipment (21 lbs) and the next day we received the remaining pieces in one box. (110 lbs). We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble as well as the softness of the material. The blanket/comforter that came with the couch is heavy and good quality. Even though it takes 48 hours for the pillows to full expand, it feels wonderful to sit on straight out of the box. It was a great buy at a good price.

I have always been a chair recliner guy. My wife convinced me to order this. Very comfortable and supportive! The box units in front of it are at the height that they function as an excellent leg rest. I actually like them much more than chair recliners!! I can move them where I want. I do not have to pull a lever like on a chair recliner. I simply stand up off to the side of the box. The box also opens for storage. So far, easy to clean. Yes, it can serve as a bed. The only negative is that the separate padding they give for the bed is not near enough to make a comfortable bed. We have bought a queen size foam pad, that is about 1 1/4 inch thick and we fold it in half, and place that on the couch to make a comfortable bed. Sturdy. Easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. I was a little bit leary to buy a couch online without seeing or touching it first. But, the reviews helped me go ahead and get it. I am so glad I did! The color (black) is perfect and exactly what I wanted. The size is great for my family and having people over. The cushions aren't too stiff or too soft, it's just right! It's very comfortable, and the material makes it easy to clean and is also soft. My favorite part is the extention that turns into a sleeping area. It's glides in and out smoothly. It's so easy! The couch also came with a cushioned pad for the bed. It is great quality and very comfortable. The couch was also extremely easy to put together. I highly recommend this couch. It's a really great purchase and worth the price. 10/10

I’m not quite sure why this sofa has great reviews. The seat cushions are so firm, we don’t even sink into them when we sit down. This probably wouldn’t be such an issue if the back cushions were taller enough, but they are very short and thin. Picture sitting on a rock and leaning back against a bar. That’s what this feels like. I wish I would have returned it before the return window closed, but I kept trying to convince myself it was going to be fine. We are more comfortable sitting on the floor, to be honest. DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH!

Very comfortable. Arrived in 5 boxes. Super easy to put together. Very soft. Says velvet and it is - maybe more velvet than I anticipated, but the material feels great. Cushions are firm, but comfy cosy. I ordered the Beige. Other reviews said it appeared more oatmeal. I thought the color was more white, but seems to have mellowed to an oatmeal. I would have preferred more beige. The pull out bed is super easy to pop out for watching TV or for overnight guests. I bought the couch for our basement, trying to create a family room space. I shopped a lot of stores and online, but I went with this one because of the positive reviews. I couldn't come close to this sectional for the money, let alone with the sleeper feature, so I took a chance. I'm very happy that I did! We're on this couch every night now!

I did receive one slightly damaged cushion, but the customer service was very responsive and they immediately sent out a new cushion. I would highly recommend this couch. I just moved into a new apartment after living away from the states and had to have a dual purpose sofa and this really fit the bill. The pull out section, while being great for lounging in front of the TV, works great as a bed as well. The supplied bed cushion is very comfortable and makes it all work. Set up was a breeze yet for 2 even easier (I did it solo). The side of the sofa that doesn't have the pullout lounger/bed is a bit more soft and comfortable but either side is perfectly reasonable. Remember - this is what it is - an online sofa and for that it nails the goal for both supplier and customer. Size of the unit is great as well. It isn't enormous, which is good for me as most of these type of sofas dominate a room. This one is just below normal sizing and once again - on purpose of the supplier - they nailed this part as well. Highly recommended. I give it 5 stars for the accomplishment of the goal - effectively priced and supplied sofa for those who are shopping online for such a unit. I would supply pictures but alas - theirs are better and the unit is exactly as they portray it.

I just finished setting the couch up (excuse the mess) and I love it! It is honestly better quality than I expected, it was easy to put together, and is just the right level of firmness. I saw some complaints about the thinness of the back cushions and while they are a bit thin, they’re still very comfortable and it’s not like you can feel the couch digging into your back. Also the storage is a plus!
