Well i was hesitant to purchase a sofa off Amazon. I did cause if the price and arrival time compared to big box stores. This product was about 800 dollars cheaper arrived 1 week faster and is the exact same thing I was going to buy from a furniture store near me. Came in all the boxes perfectly. The delivery person was respectful as far as placing these 5 boxes in front of my car and behind a basketball hoop to hide from any potential thieves. Thank you to them. Thank you Amazon for having these great items for fast delivery and thank you belffin for sending me tracking info. Great product very much appreciated. Reason why not 5 stars is cause I never give 5 stars. Comfort fits my 6'1 son easy and he has a comfort seat to play games and hang with his boys. I really wanted to love this couch. It was easy to put together and the bottom cushions are firm and comfortable. The back cushions are terrible, they did not plump up very much and fall over on the couch continuously. If we hadn't thrown the boxes away already I would probably return. Overall, it's a decent couch for the price but I'll have to figure something else out of for the back cushions. ... show more

We were searching for a couch that had everything we were looking for that wouldn’t break the bank. We ultimately decided on this couch in light gray. I did purchase 2 extra single seats as we have a big family and need lots of room. The fabric is soft and textured which I like. We love the pull out! We pretty much keep it out all the time unless we have need the extra floor space. The height of the back is perfect but I do wish the back cushions were a bit thicker. The storage in each seat is amazing and the 2 cup holders are a big plus. It seems to be built well and overall it’s a good value for the money. I have 3 wild kids so a major perk with modular sofas like this is if 1 seat gets destroyed you can just replace that seat. A couch like this in a furniture store would easily cost 3 times this price. ... show more

This combo loos great. The instructions were a bit confusing, but once you understand the foundations it goes fast. I wish the couch backs were taller or contained cushions. Or maybe even if the floating cushions were thicker it would make the couch more comfortable. The storage is great. And the add on pieces I orders after, fit perfectly. The pull out sleeper could be less clunky in its mechanics but it’s very comfortable to lay on if you like a firm sleep. ... show more

Nice and functional for small room. It arrived super fast and with no damage. Only had one issue and that had to do with tracking numbers. Only one showed on the Amazon site, but order had multiple boxes and numbers. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me all the numbers. Super nice staff. The media could not be loaded. The fragile backs to each couch, and the wheel that pulls out the center piece, are both broken now. I got my couch at the end of November, excited because I liked it. Now it’s a big piece of trash in my living room. Don’t be like me.

First off it looks like a well made good quality couch. The bottom cushions are firm but comfortable. The pull out ottoman is nice, the storage is nice, the fabrics feels nice, it was pretty self explanatory to put together …..that’s where it stops. There is little to no back structural support, it really needs more support connectors as the back creaks like it’s going to break off and is very low causing the back cushions (which are very flat) to fall backwards off the sofa. Not sure if the couch will hold up long term. When it arrive it was missing a few parts which customer service was great about sending replacements. I may go to hardware store and purchase some more support interlocking brackets of some sort. ... show more
