This product is fantastic! It’s incredibly useful and modular, and it doesn’t have any chemical smells. It’s also very comfortable and can be used as a bed. There’s a lot of storage, and it can hold more than it appears. We were able to declutter quite a bit by using these for specific toys. We watch TV and have a projector, so sometimes we want to sit together and sometimes we want to sit apart. We also have guests who need a very long sofa instead of something that looks like a bed. It’s fun to change the orientation around to have different types of configurations. I love how modular this thing is. It’s the perfect sofa for our apartment. It’s very soft to the touch, but the cushions are medium firmness. The bottom legs are made of plastic, not wood. The left hand and back walls of the couch have to be screwed on, but since those are separate, modular parts, you have to treat this couch differently than a couch that’s just one unit with no moving parts. Traditional big couches are pretty sturdy and can be jumped on without breaking anything. They’re heavy and have a lot of wood frame supporting the structure. This is a modular couch, so you shouldn’t think of it as a very extremely sturdy old-style couch. If you’re the kind of person who jumps on this couch and hits the back really hard and you weigh north of 250 pounds, this probably isn’t the couch for you. But if you need something that changes shape based on your needs and you have different seating and sleeping configurations, this is the perfect couch for you. There was an issue with shipping, and we received our product in three separate batches. Seven seats arrived at once, and I had to reach out to the seller to confirm that two more seats were coming. One of those seats arrived, but the other one didn’t. I contacted the seller, and they promptly sent me the missing seat. So, there were some issues with shipping but customer services very responsive. And I understood because this thing is large and there are lots and lots of boxes. I’m sure it’s very difficult to send something like this through the mail. If you live in an apartment and have central mail room like we do, be ready to receive boxes and have to carry them. I recommend using a car.

Beautiful couch. Pleasantly surprised with it! I’m typically the kind of person that likes things to be very soft and I’m also very small so I don’t sink into things very easily. This couch is a little firm, but still has give even for me. I’ve always feared ordering a couch online because I can’t feel it and honestly if I felt this one in the store, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it. That being said, I’ve been laying on it for a couple days now and I actually genuinely like it. The back pillows are very soft, but the bottom cushions are a little more firm with some give to them. It goes together very easily, and my favorite part is the fact that it has storage under each compartment. All in all after a few days of laying around on it and a consensus from all my kids, we’ve decided to give it five stars. Shipping was a little weird however I’m not taking any stars away because it came early. They gave me a three day window in which it would arrive however, it arrived over a span of the three days prior. It took three days to receive everything and I had received all of it by the first day I was supposed to receive them. Just be aware to watch for it. That’s all. They don’t give notice of partial delivery so you won’t receive notification until the last peace arrives. This would be my only complaint. I think they should have a way to let you know when each piece is arriving if they are going to come separate separately. That being said, I did not take a star for it because of the fact that it came early and that was kind of nice.

Do yourself a favor and ORDER IT. I love this couch. My family loves this couch. I got the 12 seater in green. The color is much richer in person than online. It is so pretty. The couch is firm. The storage is great, no more blankets just lying around on the couch anymore they are nicely put away. Very easy to assemble, my 11 year old helped me put the entire thing together. It did come in two different shipments but it came earlier than expected so that was REALLY nice. I did have to contact customer service (the email provided on all the boxes) and they were VERY responsive and helpful. Ensuring above and beyond that I was taken care of. My kids have slept on it, they begged, and loved how it slept. The cushions are very tick and firm (but SO BEYOND COMFORTABLE). I looked into a very expensive alternative to this couch before purchasing this one. Let me tell you this one IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE COMPETITORS who was more than 8x more money. Buy this couch. Do not hesitate! I have recommended it to so many people. It is so worth the money. In fact….my cleaning lady has purchased my couch after she saw mine!!! That is how awesome it is.

Very happy with this purchase!! It has almost been a year(11 months) since our purchase and it has held up wonderfully! We are a family of 8 with a dog and a cat. 4 of our kids are under 12 but you would never guess that looking at it. So easy to arrange in different configurations or even just moving for vacuuming. Lastly between kids and friends sleeping on it or getting comfy for a movie night every weekend still firm and comfy as the day we bought it. You would never know looking at this couch that it sees so much "love" every day!!

It arrived quickly, was extremely easy and quick to set up. My only issue is it is EXTREMELY firm. Quite a bit more than what I like ussually. The back cushions are very thin. So if very firm is not what you’re looking for. This may not be the couch for you

I bought the 15 seater. Day 3, I went from 4 stars to 5 stars. Day 3 I had to come back to issue my review. Please keep in mind, the issue’s are not really issue’s more of a heads up #1, boxes were delivered over 3 days. 2 boxes day 1, 13 the 2nd day and the last box will be here tomorrow. So make sure you’re watching for multiple boxes # 2 isn’t a big issue, just took a free days to get use to. The backing where your back rests, goes up to the middle of my back, not much back support which is a big thing for me, as I had a bad back & back surgery and need the support. My friend has a belffin and her backing is higher. Day 3 and I just put the pillow up and down. #3, it is sooo stiff, I know new furniture will be but to me, it’s like sitting/laying on boards. Day 3, furniture is fully risen, it does recommend not to sit for 24 hrs, we sat for a few minutes day of putting together. Sat on it last night and it wasn’t as stiff. #4 and 5, to comfortably sit up, we had to spilt the furniture up into single seat’s. There’s no back support when having all 15 seat’s together. Again on Day 3, we put the pillow up and down instead of side to side, we have it back into a giant 15 seat bed and the comfort got better. One was damaged. Seller did reach out and offered a replacement. We weren’t too worried about the replacement cause we did buy sheets as the beige was on sale and we have 7 kids. It is nice to lay on and sprawl out. Shipping was also very fast, I was surprised how fast it got here. It said June 15-18 th and the first two boxes got here on the 12th, 2 days after I made my order. Rep also reached out to let me know that there were multiple shipping tracking number’s, each one was sent to my directly! Lastly, the storage. I have a love hate relationship with it. It’s got plenty of depth to store blanket’s and my kid’s hair products. The downside, you have to lift up the cushion and the lid that covers the storage part, instead of pulling up the cushion and it sticking to the cushion. Over all I’m satisfied with this furniture set. I do plan on buying another one at some point.
