the quality of this rug is very nice. beautiful, thick and incredibly soft. the only downside being that it is very difficult to vacuum due to the fact that it has a very lightweight backing and is easily sucked up by the vacuum even when on the highest pile setting. the only way i've been able to vacuum it is to push the vacuum forward and then lift it off the rug and carry it back to make another forward run. if i pull the vacuum back toward me, it sucks the rug right off the floor. definitely would have given 5 stars if it weren't so difficult to keep clean. ... show more

I now have 3 of these rugs. They wash well (I go to the laundromat and use the larger front loading machines for the bigger rugs) and dry quickly when laid out in sunlight. My dog likes to use my rugs when I am not around and after washing I could not find any spots remaining. They are so soft, and stay put on my vinyl floors. My robotic vacuum cleaner has no problems with them. My upright vacuum does require a little more effort as the rugs will try to move. ... show more

Received this rug 16 days ago and was obsessed with it until right now. Had to wash it today and the seam ripped so bad that it damaged the rug with it. Left 2 stars because the color is great and it is super soft. Not a terrible option as long as you don’t need to rely on the washable part.
