Easy to put together

Love this sofa well worth the $$

Great quality!
Amazing quality!! I didn’t expect a lot considering I was ordering a big furniture piece online, but the size is exactly like the picture! The material is not super hard to clean depending on what you’re trying to clean. It is a relatively heavy couch, so prepare to have two people during assembly.

Cushions
Review Image by Wilson Chong Wilson Chong
Great sofa perfect for the space I have it in but the cushions are not as thick as I thought they would be, they were vacuum sealed and were said to take 2 days to get into it’s full shape but it’s been over a month now and they still have not filled out…. Might look into replacing the material inside with thicker materials to fill out the casing ... show more

Good Quality for Price
If you're looking for a nice couch in a budget this one is for you! I love the storage it offers, especially living in a small house. It's also surprisingly sturdy for a cheaper couch and quite comfortable. It was easy to put together as well, my husband was able to so it all on his own. It look nice and with two dogs and three kiddos, I love that the cushion covers come off and are machine washable. We've already had to was a few and they awash without any issue! My only complaint, it could be cushier BUT that's personal preference. ... show more

BEWARE: The most uncomfortable couch and THE SELLER DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS!
First off, the couch arrived damaged and only part of it arrived. The box and the couch were damaged in the process. Since the boxes were in such bad shape, I tore them up and put them in the recycling. Then the last box finally arrived and, with it, came instructions saying returns would not be accepted except in the original boxes. Of course, I didn't have that warning until I'd already destroyed the other boxes. I still don't have a replacement for the part that arrived damaged, but I put half of the couch together and it is the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat in. The back to the couch only comes up to the mid-back (beneath the shoulder blades). The cushions that go on the back are so thin, they are almost non-existent. So you have this hard piece of wood in the middle of your back. It's actually painful to sit in. The seat cushions are so hard, my butt was sore after only 1 hour of sitting in it. I was constantly shifting around trying to get comfortable sitting in this dreck of a couch, but never could. Now, of course, I want to return it since the page says the couch can be returned, but they refuse to accept the return because the couch cannot be returned in its original packaging. However, NO ONE WILL EVER BE ABLE TO RETURN THE COUCH IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THE SELLER KNOWS IT. This is the reason no one could possibly return the couch in the original packaging: 1. Parts of the couch come vacuum-sealed so they will fit in the packaging and it says you have to wait 48 hours for those parts to fully expand, so you wait for them to expand before trying out the couch and presto! They no longer fit in the packaging and you can't return it. This fraud of a company knows it. 2. They deliberately only send you part of the couch, so you open those parts and realize that you are missing parts. Then they send you the missing parts that also happen to have the warning that you can't return the couch except in the original packaging (which is already destroyed from opening the first two boxes that arrived). 3. The boxes are so tightly packed that it is impossible to open the packaging without destroying the boxes (of course, my boxes were destroyed during the shipping process). Now, I have to file a complaint with Amazon and probably bring suit against the fraud of a company that is selling this couch. Even then, it is likely that the company is in China and I'll never see my money again. Believe me, you do not want this headache. Get a different couch. Any reviews that say this couch is comfortable HAVE to be fake. I can't even imagine a more uncomfortable couch. Also, be aware that due to the seller's policies, it is likely that you won't be able to return this couch. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and look elsewhere. ... show more

Worth it
Review Image by AutumnBiz73 AutumnBiz73
I am stoked about this. I live in an upstairs apartment so I'm kinda stuck with modular furniture, at least for the big stuff. This is shockingly nice for what I paid for it. It is nice and plush without being too squishy, the texture is nice, it looks good, it was easy to put together and the fact that the ottoman can be moved to either side is super convenient for apartment living. If you're nervous about pulling the trigger on this one take my word for it that it's a good buy ... show more

Nice Velvet Sectional Couch
This is a good couch and paid a great price. The back cushions are a little on the thin side, but I have extra pillows anyway, so it works out. Easy to put together by myself with good directions. It did have missing screws to add the L part of the couch, but the company sent the missing screws the next day. Customer service was fast with communication. Couch comes in 3 packages, shipped quickly and arrived days before expected date. Butt cushions are very comfortable, and the material is very nice and soft. ... show more
