The cover fits, I had a 25x17 air conditioner I had to stretch it to fit tightly and it took some doing as it would have with two people but once on, it fit tightly over the conditioner cap. It has a lot of depth room so if your air conditioner front does not stick out far, you’ll have additional room to push on to the front it is definitely heavy fabric and keeps the air out of the room. Fabric is quilted and elastic all the way around. If you have a large air conditioner get a smaller size so it can stretch and fit tightly on the air conditioner. Fabric appears to be machine washable as well . I recommend this product. Measure your air conditioner to get the right size!! This is a must!

I measured my ac. Product arrived after second attempt. I went to put it in and it's too small by an inch in each direction.
