this bidet gets the job done. this is my third bidet purchase, the other two are more expensive name brands. so i am comparing this bidet against those. the cleaning functions and heated seat are great- on par with our other bidets. the installation instructions aren't very clear. i found a video online for this brand that helped. my main issues are; 1) it beeps very loudly when you sit down, and also when you use the remote and i don't think you can turn the beep off. 2) the remote is horizontal instead of vertical which is weird 3) the remote has a dry button even though the bidet does not have drying 4) the bidet makes a weird very quiet humming noise constantly while plugged in 5) the cord can only be routed to the left (if you're standing in front of the toilet and looking at it) other bidets have a channel for it to go either direction, but this one doesn't. you'll just have to kind of drape it behind the bidet if you want to plug in to outlet on right side it is a good competitor but these factors had me knock it down one star.

I installed and tested yesterday . But, water pressure is too low. The temperature of the seat cushion has been hot, and the temperature will return to high temperature immediately after turning it down
