I bought two of this carrier. One for each cat. If you want your cat to not be afraid of the carrier, it should be roomy enough for them to turn around, comfortable enough for them to sleep in it and play around it. Whenever my cats get in one of the carriers, I would carry them around to show them that the carrier doesn't always mean they will go the vet. Of course, this cannot fit two adult cats which is why I got two carriers. My cats treat this carrier as a bed, and I placed their blankets on top of the wool board. It is also their hiding spot. Another benefit of using this carrier was when I took one of them to the vet. The vet was able to pick up my cat from the top opening instead of spilling them out (I always felt bad for that). My cat was able to have half her body in the carrier so she could feel secure and the other half the vet was able to give her injections. Another great thing about this product is the customer service. The customer service is top notch. The seller seems very passionate about their product, as they should be. This is the best carrier I have bought so far that fits all my requirements.

My Gideon loves it! He is only 10 pounds but hates going in cat carrier’s. I bought this one because it opens all the way and has a soft bottom. Gideon sleeps in it during the day and doesn’t fight me to go in it like he does with other carriers. We had the fire alarm go off at 9:45 pm and I was able to put him in it, zip and run out the door with no problems. It’s a wonderful product!! I highly recommend it!

I bought this for my 2 cats for easier transport, however my cats, though small, are still too big to both fit in. It’s decent for one cat to move around easy, but unless you have kittens, 2 cats won’t fit.

This is a wonderful carrier. I purchased the large size in hopes it would fit my Maine Coon (18lbs) but it’s still too small for him. However, my little DSH fits perfectly (she’s about 6-7lbs.). I took her to the vet a few weeks back for her annual check up and she was the least nervous about the car ride (and the waiting room at the vet) that she has ever been. The carrier itself is a little awkward to carry, but if it makes my little girl happy than I’m more than willing to deal with that. I removed the arm strap because I didn’t feel safe carrying her that way. It allowed for too much moving about and carrying it with the handles feels more secure. The zippers work well. No pulling/skipping/getting stuck while also remaining zipped. If I say that they’re safe for little paws, does that make sense? She couldn’t open the carrier on her own and there are no spots to get her claws stuck if she tries. You will want to keep the top zipped closed when you don’t need to have it open or the carrier will start to fall in on itself. The walls can’t remain completely upright without it. Aside from that one thing, it seems to be well made. Aesthetics aren’t the most important thing when it comes to pet carriers, but this is a review so I should probably throw in an opinion on that too. As far as pet carriers go, this one is quite nice looking. I got the light grey color and I like that it looks less like a kitty jail cell than the black does. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s advertised as a two cat carrier and because the walls don’t stay up without the top zipped shut. I knew after reading the dimensions that it wouldn’t fit two cats so that part of my rating is based on the belief that product descriptions should be truthful and this one isn’t.

After thorough product testing, our large 17 lb cat approved this carrier. It appears well made, is easy to access from the top and sides, and allows our cat to comfortably sit up in the carrier. Plus, it makes a nice cat cubby for sleeping. My only concern is that with two of our other more wiggly, escape-artist cats, it'll be tricky to keep them from escaping the carrier while zipping up the top. Otherwise, this seems to be the best carrier I've purchased yet.

I have multiple cats and I like the size and style of the soft side carrier. I have used the hard plastic carrier before and have had issues trying to squeeze the cats inside the carrier. This soft side carrier is easier to use and is more comfortable for the cats. Also, the soft side carrier has an adjustable shoulder strap, to help keep the carrier at waist height when I visit the vet. After use, the soft side carrier folds down for storage.

My husband had found this carrier for our new cat. It is very spacious! I found it easier to get her into the carrier instead of the side opening which would have been difficult to get her into. We would definitely recommend and buy agin if needed!
