I'm a very picky person and these sleeves are nearly perfect if you are using them to block UV rays and give you a slight cooling effect. I measured my guns and they are thirteen inches at the bicep. The XX large are still a little snug but I figure they will stretch out over time. If you are using them for compression the top near your bicep is much smaller than normal. If you have arms like Popeye they would fit pretty well. Hey, don't be like me and have to almost freeze to death on a mountain for God to get my attention and stop living for myself. The material seems to be pretty decent and they say that it’s UV protective but quite honestly when mine was falling apart at the seams before I even got out of the package customer service told me to send it back in for me to take care of their problem.
