All of the swatches in the photos had 2 coats, which didn't surprise me for the darker colors but even the yellow was perfect after only two. I love the autumn shades, and the bottles are certainly an upgrade from the smaller, black, plastic ones. These are better quality and more durable. As well as slightly larger. Very pleased with the set. Im not sure if the magnet included just isn't strong enough, or if the gel polish is too thick, but getting the magnetic particles to move around wasnt happening as easily as it should have... or as well as some other brands. It isn't awful or anything, just not quite a 5 star set. Still, considering the price, it wasnt a terrible purchase. Also, this set has the black plastic bottles that I mentioned before. Cute colors, but not super "jelly" style. The pics show the colors on plain nails - maybe if I put a white or light pink base coat under them the "jelly" effect would pop more. Otherwise, love how easily they go on and how long they last! Beetles gel is always great.

Great quality UV cure gel polish! I really like Beetles gel polishes. I have a manicurist but canโ€™t always make it to the salon. So I decided to try doing my nails at home. The Beetles polish does not crack or bubble. It cures well with a UV light. Shiny and pretty. It is a soak off polish so as long as you have a salon grade nail polish remover, it will come off. Youโ€™ve seen your manicurist remove gel polish so you know what to doโ€ฆdo the same thing, donโ€™t be in an hurry, and use a tool to gently remove the polish from your nails. The most important thing is to follow the instructions. Donโ€™t get the base coat, polish or top coat on your skin. Take your time when painting your nails and when removing the polish too. Donโ€™t be too hasty in removing the polish or you might damage your nail. ... show more
