I'm giving four stars only because I can't yet determine it's staying power. I started to install today, and I'm testing a panel or two for a day before completing the entire installation, in case I need to return. I'm hoping to reduce the heat during these 100° NC days we're having and also keep the garage a little warmer during the winter. But my initial thoughts are I noticed the difference when using my temperature gun between the panel that had the insulation and the panel that didn't. I could also put my hand in between the insulation and the garage door of the first panel installed and I was able to feel the hot air there. The product is lightweight, comes with a utility knife and wallpaper type squeegie thing to press the panels and tape together and the sticky tape it sticky My garage door has some silver metal beams that run across it, and I believe I'll have to remove those to fully install this, which may help with keeping it attached. Or I may just tuck it behind. I didn't notice it in any of one else's photos, but never realized it was different than any other garage door I'd seen. Installation instructions were pretty clear, and simple. I'm not sure why there are so many people putting the silver side facing the interior when the instructions and video all clearly say the silver part should face the exterior door. I'll note that the QR codes on the packaging and instructions don't seem to work, so that was annoying, but if you go to the website you can chat with an employee and that's how you get your project registered as well which will get you a few extra years of warranty coverage. I'll definitely report back when I'm done fully installing as well as a few months down the line if I'm having any durability issues. I'll say at this moment it feels like a good value, I got a great deal for prime days.

I installed the insulation as soon as I received it from Amazon. I did a good job, see photo. Live Texas. I am mildly disappointed. I do not notice any difference in temperature inside of my garage. It remains very hot. Was this advertised as a 15-20 degree reduction? LOL, maybe 1-2 degrees at the most.
