There is a problem with the graphics card driver configuration; Solution: Uninstall the graphics card driver and reinstall the driver suitable for the graphics card version. Works great. Loaded mine with zima os, a great system for easy headless server configuration. Very easy with clients to make connections, manage the server and mount file systems for backup I also loaded Jellyfin which seems to work well on laptops and LG tvs using a jellyfin LG app using it with videos that I have. I added a 4 tuner HDHomeRun to the network and configured it under lellyfin. Can view channels on any networked device. Would like to do recording but have an unresolved I configured zima with a VM and loaded windows 11. So can run windows anywhere there is a web viewer. Server came with license for win11. But windows did not appear to get license from Uefi. I bought two units, first was bottom end, so after getting it working enough for confidence,, I expanded boot volume to 2 TB so the windows vm and others will not overwhelm it. For second unit it came with 1TB so left it as is. Both units got two 2TB Emmy’s running raid 1 for providing solid network file service( think backups of other systems). Both systems got one hard drive for media storage. These units are super small quiet, and low power. I turn off the disks after 20 minutes to quiet them and save power, when I use them for video they will run for hours (so not constant on off cycles) I think these are great. One is going on my boat so guests can access media away from land signals (crossing Atlantic in 4 weeks) The home one will record OTA shows that with a disk drive transfer can go to the boat for watching away from transmitters (which I believe to be US legal. Zima and Jellyfin do not require much command line knowledge. Much easier than many systems. You can run many other apps, those are just the ones I boight it for. ... show more

I’m extremely happy with the Beelink MINI S13. I bought it to use as a home server, and its performance has genuinely exceeded my expectations. It’s currently running a complete multimedia stack along with several other services and applications, and it handles everything extremely well. Performance is excellent, it runs very quietly, and so far I haven’t experienced any stability issues. Another thing that really surprised me was the BIOS. It’s far more complete than I expected from a mini PC in this category, with an impressive number of configuration options. Overall, it’s a compact, quiet, and very capable machine. This thing is perfect for my needs - I shopped around on here for a solid ~60 days comparing different mini-PC brands and models, and their individual price points vs. features/compatibility. My needs were as follows: - < $200 in cost - minimum of N150 CPU - shipped with or can be upgraded to 32 GB RAM - M.2 NVMe Gen 3 minimum, with 2x M.2 slots, shipping with a minimum of 500 GB on at least one slot - must run Linux (Debian based distros) without causing any complications w/ the hardware - WiFi 6, BT 5.2 - minimum of 4x USB 3.2 ports - ideally at least 1x USB-C port (this is the only attribute that this machine is lacking!) Immediately upon arrival, I installed a second M.2 NVMe @ 1 TB, and a few days later I upgraded the RAM, replacing the single stick of 16 GB DDR4 it shipped with, and installed a single 32 GB DDR4 - I believe this is more than the manufacturers max specs, but I did research this before doing so, just as I have with my other machines that have hardware upgrades beyond max specs. I left Windows 11 Pro that it shipped with on the 500 GB M.2, and then installed MX Linux 23.6 onto the secondary M.2 1 TB that I installed, and assigned the secondary M.2 running MX Linux to be the primary boot device.. Everything works perfectly, without any problems whatsoever. Before the upgrade of the RAM from 16 to 32 GB, Windows 11 Pro felt snappy and responsive for most basic tasks, but heavy multitasking began to make things feel sluggish. However, when booting into MX Linux, this thing shreds.. Everything is extremely smooth, and super responsive, even when heavy multitasking, and this was before the upgrade of the RAM to 32 GB.. Basically, if you prefer to use Linux as your primary OS on bare metal, this thing feels much better in Linux vs. Windows, but that is to be expected. Video quality is good, no screen tearing or anything like that in Linux, but I have not tried installing any distro with a KDE Plasma desktop environment yet, which is where I would expect to experience anything suboptimal relating to the video.     • Easy to Roll Out - Some QC Issues Here and There

Have purchased several of these to be used for various things around offices. They are mostly fine. We had one develop a bad NVME drive after only a short period in service (drive was no longer seen by the device). That one was using an off-brand NVME (Maxio, I think). We just swapped it with a brand name NVME drive and got it back into service, rather than deal with the warranty. Not easy to find drivers, but they're out there. They work well as conference room PCs for Zoom, Teams, etc. We've used them as jump boxes for UniFi controllers, 3CX PBX PCs (as the PBX itself and/or Session Border Controllers), bank deposit terminals for check scanners, huddle rooms, etc. They used to come with Windows 11 Pro and now they come with Windows 11 Home but are easily upgradeable to Pro. ... show more

Performance: No lag playing any streaming I have tried. Of course, internet speed to your device matters. No lag playing any local videos or music. Web loading is snappy and no lag I can detect. I am not a gamer so cannot comment on gaming performance Ports: adequate for my needs and all worked fine although I would have liked an optical out for the audio. I do see a bit more "movement" of the sockets than I would like when plugging in and removing cables. I would not want to do a lot of repetitive plugging and removing over years time due to concern for sturdiness of case and ports. Quality: REALLY nice to have a 120/220 built in power supply, no brick needed or wall wart needed! Casework is lightweight plastic but attractively embossed top. Since heat is the killer of chips, I have installed a windows fan control app and manually run the fan at 55% and I cannot hear any fan noise. Expandability: I added a second CRUCIAL brand NVME SSD 1tb ram chip. It installed fine however the EQ-14's integrated NVME heat sink which is part of the mounting in the EQ14 does not seem to fit well onto the add-on NVME chip - the conductive "mats" on the heat sink don't touch the chip. I fear this may cause the second NVME to overheat and fail, and with the integrated heat sink there seems no way to install a sink specifically to fit the add on second chip. So we will see. Support: BEELINK HAS BEEN GREAT! I screwed up when adding the second NVME and formatted the supplied NVME disk and wiped out the Win 11 image! I had to download a new image from microsoft and install, but of course they do not supply an activation key with the public Win 11 image. I contacted BEELINK support and they IMMEDIATELY provided me with a Win 11 activation key for my mini pc serial number! GREAT SUPPORT! ... show more

I’m very impressed with this machine for the price ($379). It’s well built and honestly seems to have a fantastic SBC inside. It probably would be a fantastic SBC all by itself, but it happens to have a ton of IO. It was definitely built with NASs in mind because of the two RJ-45 ports, one of which is 2.5gbe and the other is 5gbe. I’m currently using this with TrueNAS, but you could easily throw on here Ubuntu Server, ZimaOS, or even a full-blown desktop OS. This seems to have full compatibility with TrueNAS as all IO seemed to work. The power supply is external via a wall brick, so if that goes out, it should be relatively easy to replace. So unless a major primary component goes out on this thing, just like it could on almost the other computer, this thing should be reliable. ... show more

It functions and tiny, compact. Attached to the back of our monitor. It’s too slow across the board. Hence the 1 star Where we knock out the remaining 4 is that the processing power is abysmal. We have a few other mini pc and we chose this one because the specs and components were better than our other older mini pcs. This Beelink has performed the slowest and worst. We thought it was a WiFi connection antenna issue but we tried a newer antenna, runs just fine on our other pc, but this one pulls in only 2mbs while the other pc is pulling 50. Processing power is slow on basic browsing, general apps like slack, everything is slow. It’s a hardware problem for this pc. Very disappointed, not worth the money paid for this. Quiet for sure, as with all mini pcs. Will stay away from this brand moving forward. ... show more

Very nice & compact NAS. I bought the N95 unit to install and learn Truenas, the install was straight forward if your familar Linux. It worked so well I installed the App Frigate NVR with 5 cameras I assigned 2 core & 6G memory the NAS does have a small GPU that can be used. I went cheap in the drives and bought 2 x Seagate Barrcuda and created a mirror, It never run much over 50% CPU and Idles around 30% with the with Frigate running.
