I got this mainly for video streaming. Turns out it can also play almost every pc game from the early 2000's pretty great. Also able to play some newer games like CS:GO & Battle Bits remastered.. I'm Having so much more fun with this thing than I thought i would! Very happy with this little beast, absolutely no issues. Setup was simple, I did a very light windows "de-bloating" (so its not staring with a bunch of useless programs running in the background - it's a windows thing, not this manufacturer), and it runs very zippy. Unbelievable performance for the price, having a blast with this thing! What a great time when this tech is so affordable!     • Will not stay powered on no matter what I try. UPDATED

I bought this PC to audition it as a possible option for a new client I have who needs all 30 of their ancient tower PCs replaced due to non-compliance with Windows 11. Overall, I think this is a great little PC. However, there is a significant "no go" with it, and that is it will not remain powered on, even when Windows 11's sleep setting are set to "never". I never catch it when it turns off, but it is somewhere between 3 and 4 hours. This behavior has persisted through out-of-the-box, then 21H2 being fully updated, and now with 22H2 installed, and it still powers down if left idle. I will be supporting this new client remotely from 900 miles away, and I need these PCs to remain powered on at all times for remote access. I have tried all seemingly applicable BIOS settings to no avail. And the BIOS is very complex and there is little to no guidance I can find. Power-on from AC loss seems to work, but once on it will not stay on. I had high hopes to buy several dozen of these PCs, but the power issue is a deal-breaker. UPDATE: I discovered the cause of the power-off issue. It seems there is a non-standard "Ryzen" Windows power plan that was set as the default. Setting this to the standard Windows "Balanced" power plan, going into he settings for that plan, and turning hibernation to "never" solved the problem. This is a great mini computer. It can handle everyday use and some gaming. Games like Roblox, Minecraft, World box, Age of Empires, Do Starve, etc. These games run great.

This is a great little PC that with some BIOS tweaks is even better. It's set at 35W settings in the BIOS by default, but can be tweaked to run at 45W settings for extra performance (and extra fan noise). My latest Cinebench R23 score was 10687 with temps hitting 90C (typical for 5800H) and never throttling (though all-core boost drops). ... show more

The lack of ancillaries is an advantage and a disadvantage. Being able to select a DVD, secondary hard drive, card reader, and USB extender is nice, but not as easy as getting a complete machine with all those items integrated with a large power supply. I have added all of those items to my Beelink and they all work fine but not all together. The external power supply seems to be inadequate for full house turn on. The external hard drive and the USB extender each have their own power supply and should supplement the computer power. Also, while consolidating a dozen partly filled thumb drive's data onto a single large thumb drive using minimal equipment the following resulted; after a few TD swaps in the USB3 plug the USBc target TD failed to be recognized. Turning the computer off and restarting after a few minutes pause restored the USBc. I don't have a larger power supply, so can't try that. Otherwise I'm quite hqppy with the Beelink. ... show more
