I've been in IT for decades. The power in this little box is extraordinary. Can it replace a full size pc? The answer is yes it can if you are not a gamer. For the average user this is power beyond belief. It is not the very latest iteration of cpu but it is recent enough to deliver on a grand scale, I read most of the reviews before purchasing this product. Some of the negative reviews were the result of defective hardware or just lack of basic computer skills. Sorry to say any manufacturer can occasionally put out a bad set of hardware. It is unfortunate but it happens. Amazon is very quick to authorize returns for such an event. Now to the good stuff. This mini pc rocks! it boots up into windows 11 and walks you through the setup. then if you are connected to the internet it does all the necessary updates. This copy of Windows 11 pro is activated. Once it finishes updating this computer greets you with the desktop. This little (I do mean little) pc is fast, perhaps not as fast as the very latest generation, but so fast that it is more than enough speed for nearly any user. I am using this on a 2k monitor at 144hz and the picture is superb. If you don't glance over at the tiny box you would swear this is a powerful full size computer. No, I repeat, it is not the very latest and greatest generation but it is far more than anyone needs except for hard core gamers. This product will play most games on low settings. This mini pc is not really designed for gamers so if that is your thing buy a powerful desktop computer with a very pricy graphic card. For those of us that are not using our computer for gaming this is the bomb. As good as it gets without breaking you pocket book. Upgradeability? You bet. You can upgrade the ram to 64MB and you can even easily install a sata ssd up to 4 TB inside this tiny case. Fan noise? This mini pc is almost silent unless you put it under very heavy load. You want to watch movies through the HDMI connection or the display port, no problem it will sail right through the most demanding and produce sound through the audio jack that will match your headphones or your computer speakers. I give this 5 stars and I believe it deserves. more at this price. It is a technological marvel. Sure there are many other brands to choose from with similar hardware. I can only speak to how well this one performs in my setup. If you want Intel I am sure there are many options. Just accept that this Beelink comes packaged like you would expect the best Apple products. Nice presentation. Yes, there is some computer knowledge required but that is true of any pc. If this product wears well over time it is all most users will need for years.

I would recommend this to anybody, but maybe not if you need to run apps using heavy computation and want it to finish fast (like video processing / encoding). But it's good for most stuff, fast IO & internet speeds. Power modes work well with Windows 11. All good. Love the size. I have it sitting in a very small shelf space under my monitors. I'm a little worried about the fact that I'm ignorant about care & maintenance (like am I supposed to open a NUC and vacuum out dust like I would with my desktop?). No problems with the BeeLink brand so far so good!

I use this so that I can access my computer via the TV I normally watch. It works great and performs very well. I've even tried opening 3D programs on it and it seems to work just fine. Highly recommended.

Bought this computer to replace a Mac laptop to work from home, so take this positive review with a grain of salt. Love that there are four USB ports and two HDMI, which a lot of these small PCs don't have. It also has a USB C port (and other ports that I don't really need to use so I'm not listing them here). I've been using it for about a week now and all appears AMAZING. Lightning fast especially if you have good internet. I'm a 31 year old accountant so I'm not doing heavy data intensive work, but I'm moving very fast between running two screens, multiple webpages, jumping back and forth in file explorer and Adobe Pro, and using Zoom with an external webcam and speakers, all without any hiccups. What's also great is there's no bloatware you don't need that's already pre installed. Five stars just for that. Tempted to dock one star as I've had to restart a couple times, but I think that's actually a problem with my roommate using up most of the internet. Also would dock that star for the very short power cord (about 4ft). Will update if I find that I have to keep restarting but ultimately this has been a life saver and for a great price and tiny foot print (I keep mine on my desk). UPDATE: In the same day that I wrote this, I did wind up having to restart my computer multiple times. File explorer keeps freezing. The computer can't seem to deal with the Spotify web player and doing my work. ANOTHER UPDATE: The freezing just stopped out of nowhere the next few days after the last update, and it's been working like a charm since. Also the customer service is amazing.

Seems good for my needs so far. Other state it will not do Auto-Power On but it does, instructions are on the C: drive even, tested and confirmed it does work! Other say the fans are noisy but I don't even hear them. Comes With Windows 11 pro All around good PC

I liked this PC a lot. It was small and fast, and booted up really quick. I loaded software on it and was working away. Then this morning I tried to start it, and got no signal going to the monitor. I did all the trouble shooting, no change. I looked up about returning it, and I'm three weeks out of the return period. I called Amazon tech support, and they're having me send it back, for a full refund, so that's good. I wasn't thrilled about returning it and losing all my work so far, but most of it was backed up, it's just going to be a PITA to reload all the software. Since it is past the return period, they cant swap it for new one, I have to reorder a new one. Now the problem is that I paid $319 for it as a Black Friday Sale Item, and now it's $400, and there is nothing they'll do for me on that score. So they figured out a way to screw me out of an additional $81 to have the same product I started with, and lose my work and time. So of course I'm not pleased about that, and I'm wondering what my next steps are. Do I buy a new one and pay the difference? I've never left a one star review before. If I don't like something, I keep it to myself. But asking me to pay $81 more for the same item is asking too much.
